My partner and I had a fantastic stay at Trueman Court for the weekend, whilst visiting Liverpool. The rooms were very spacious and airy, giving the whole room an open and modern feel. The combination of luxury, whilst also being in a prime location (walking distance from all of the shops, bars and restaurants) fitted the bill perfectly for our weekend. One of the things we most enjoyed that most other places seem to lack was a proper functional kitchen. Everything was shiny and brand new, with a very good coffee machine and modern amenities. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We will definitely be returning on our next trip to Liverpool. Thank you for making our trip so memorable.

We had such an amazing stay from start to finish! Firstly I wouldn’t normally stay in hotel in Liverpool living here - but I was gifted for my birthday a stay over night with breakfast. I stayed with my husband, we arrived just after 4:30pm and check in was a delight - the gentleman assisting was so polite and helpful check in took all of minutes with some friendly discussion. We went to our room which was on the 6th floor- it was a decent size, king size bed which was extremely comfortable. there was coffee and tea making facilities along with a coffee machine, the coffee was delicious ! there was an iron and ironing board and a clothes rail with plenty of hangers. the bathroom and shower were perfect for our stay and the hotel was literally sandwiched between lime street station and a wetherspoons. Lovely treat and unexpected was that the hotel was over the road from the Liverpool Christmas markets ! finally breakfast was perfect with plenty of hot options, cereal fruit and toast. I would 100% stay here again - thank you Radisson Red

今天早上我在利物浦醫院預約的時候,牀很舒服,酒店非常歡迎,大堂裏有可愛的魚水族館,非常適合這個主題。早餐很棒,食物很可愛,服務員很可愛,尤其是一個可愛的棕色頭髮女孩,我忘了問她的名字,站在那裏和我交談,然後給了我去旅館的方向,並主動爲我叫出租車。會推薦給任何疲憊的旅行者,他們想找一個美好的夜晚睡眠和美味的煮早餐。

We picked this hotel primarily for its location as it's in the city centre and very close to my daughters university accommodation. Our room was clean and tidy and had everything except a fridge and any staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. Beds were comfortable and rooms were quiet so we had a few good nights sleep. We didn't eat at the hotel so can't comment on the food but the location is in the heart of the city and there are lots of bars and restaurants nearby. I also liked that there was a little desk beside the reception with extra milk, teabags etc so you could grab some extra if you needed them throughout the day.

We previously stayed here a few times before Covid and were so happy to return. We really like this hotel and the lovely friendly staff who always make the stay special. Our king room was spotless, spacious and comfortable and nice and warm. Breakfast was great with plenty of choice and we also ate at the hotel in the evening. A good menu, reasonably priced and the meals went down very well. We love the bar, dining room on the second floor where we could sit and watch the world go by! We look forward to returning.

We picked this hotel primarily for its location as it's in the city centre and very close to my daughters university accommodation. I never leave bad reviews but was so disappointed this time round. We stayed in this Hotel and used the Spa back in August and let’s just say it’s really gone down hill since then. The Spa is absolutely filthy.. I left my phone in my locker I am so disappointed I didn’t take any photos because I think it would be shut down by environmental health! Grime everywhere, changing rooms dusty, no shower gel/shampoo/conditioner just empty containers. No locks on the lockers just big holes, last time there was some effort to point out working lockers and provide info on how to use them but this time there was nothing just take our money and throw us downstairs. Towels discarded all over in the changing rooms and on the beds, paper cups everywhere. The whole time we were there no member of staff came down to tidy up the mess. Floating bits in the jacuzzi and pool. It was busy last time we came but not overwhelming, you can tell there was no thought or consideration in managing numbers so people could use the facilities we’ve paid £25 for, for just an hours use. The sauna and steam room were cold, we reported this to the reception and it remained the same temperature for the further 45mins we were there. Decided to escape the grime of the spa and go to the little room by the spa reception to have a cup of tea, kettle not even on? No milk? I then tried some of the infused water which had citrus fruit in, it had gone rancid so the water must have been sat there for days. Was told by the spa receptionist the water heater being off was to ‘save money on costs’ not very luxurious if you ask me. All the special touches from last time seemed to have gone, and it looks like this has became a cost cutting exercise while charging a premium price. Even the robes and towels didn’t smell fresh at all. We are local people who just come to this hotel as a get away from the kids! So disappointed this time. There are far better facilities available in Liverpool this has really gone down hill. Will not be returning.

好的,我讀了以前的評論,對我們的預訂有點擔心,現在取消太晚了,所以我們就去了。我們聚會上有5個人,我們訂了三人間和雙人間。我們首先走進酒吧,立即受到當地人和酒吧工作人員的歡迎,他們都非常友好。然後我們入住了幾扇門,很多樓梯,但這並不困擾我們。輕鬆辦理入住手續,所有鑰匙車都安全。我們有28和29的房間,非常完美。大小適中的房間,非常現代的裝飾,套房淋浴房。乾淨整潔,茶咖啡餅乾,阿德爾菲和城市的景色。我們沒有任何抱怨。只是向管理層點頭,也許是可能需要的房間的鏡子和垃圾箱。總而言之,這是一個很棒的住宿,優越的地理位置和物有所值。我們一定會再次入住。我們還使用了對面的多層停車場,在那裏過夜,費用不到10英鎊。
