託馬斯爵士酒店(The Sir Thomas Hotel)

立地はとても良くて、リバプールを観光するのに最適な場所だと思います。到着初日、部屋のトイレのボタンに不具合がありましたが、スタッフの方がすぐに対応して別の部屋を用意してくれました。 また、近くにコインランドリーが無いか聞いた時も丁寧に場所を教えてくださいました。それ以外にも、ホテルの方のホスピタリティを感じる場面が何度かあり、またリバプールに泊まる際には利用したいと感じるホテルでした。

Booked through my trip app for 2 adults 1 child. Arrived at hotel and they only had a generated booking for double room two adults which I found out after I checked in and completed manual check in form at reception with 3 guest on it. Hotel was fully booked. Manger who was very professional found a solution and got a pull out bed delivered to our room. Which was great but room was very compact. But a dampner on our stay.

Nice stay

Absolutely terrible, room was so bad I checked out early (first time ever and I've stayed in a Brittania hotel). Looking at other reviews, sounds like it's a common thing, but the hotel clearly doesn't care as it gets its money either way and it the customers that end up having to fork out for rooms elsewhere. Room was on a busy street with clubs etc nearby and there is no noise damping through the windows (no curtains even, just a cheap tattered blind - so hey tons of light in the room in summer too) so the room is incredibly noisy, pretty much the whole night. I got next to no sleep the one night I stayed there. The mattress was terrible; very thin with coils jabbing at you. Room was tired with faded, tattered and damaged furniture. Apparently there are some good rooms but since I paid ＞£150 a night, it's an expensive gamble if you get one of the bad ones. Oh and no plugs near the bed.

Buena ubicacion. Nos entregaron la habitación antes sin costo. Las alfombras de la habitacion ya estan muy viejas incliso un poco rotas lo que lo hacer ver sucio. El tapiz de las paredes tambien. Pero en general esta muy bien relacion precio.

Nothing wrong, but nothing great. For the money it good. But it’s basic but that’s all a room is for a night out. Would stay again.

Hotel itself is lovely, the room in which we stayed in was horrendous! The window was closed but seemed like it was open. The wind blew the blinds all night and the noise from the main road throughout was horrendous. I understand that it’s a busy part of the city but that window was shocking and definitely needs looking at. Would of been fine other than that

Our floor was apparently the only one not refurbished and it looked it. But regardless of whether it was refurbished or not the building apparently is listed which means they can't install double glazing so we had pounding house music from a club across the road until 2am. Plus the loudmouths in the street, plus the police sirens, plus the binmen. Admittedly none of this is the staff's fault but this is not a suitable place for a hotel if it cannot install double glazing. The music was so loud I could actually name what it was quite easily.

Unfortunately, due to hotel being under renovations, we didn't get the luxury room we booked and paid for (they downgraded us to a standard double room) and hotel reception did not tell us about the remove swap when checking into the hotel. After arriving at the room and realising it wasn't what we booked, we queried at reception and they found us another room which was available (admitting we booked a king room, however due to Eurovision none were available even though we booked 8-months in advance). Just disappointed the hotel moved us to a low quality room hoping we wouldn't notice the change in booking quality (but still charged us the higher quality cost). This was really disappointing to experience.
