艾爾德賓斯艾美酒店(Le Méridien Ile des Pins)

ピッシングナチュレに行きたくてメリディアンに宿泊しました。私が予約したプランは送迎代とペアのマッサージ付きでした。 マッサージは気持ち良く夫も満足していました。 食事はレストランが一箇所しかないので選択肢がありません。けして美味しいと思えないのに高いです ホテル全体の雰囲気はとてもロマンチックなのでイルデパン島に行く際はまた泊まりたいです。

My wife and I had a very nice 4 night stay at Le Meridien Isle of Pines. The hotel is just a little bit tired, it has a bit of the patina of being used. Some broken tiles, a few gaps in the joins etc. But overall it is quite lovely and daily maintenance is very good. The cleanliness was faultless. I'd read of ants and cockroaches in some reviews. Absolute rubbish. It is very well kept. The location is superb. The facilities like kayaks, snorkelling gear, pool and restaurant were very good indeed. Our cabin on the river was lovely and the bed superbly comfortable. The natural pool had some of the best snorkelling, the variety of marine life and some of the corals were amazing. Fantastic. Swimming, kayaking and snorkelling off the beach was also great. My only disappoin**ent was the evening meals. Our first night I had a tateless over cooked fish dish. The next two nights were very good. On the last night, a Saturday, they have a buffet or you eat in your room. The buffet was 4950 francs ($75 Australian $) each. We don't eat that much and with drinks it was a pretty expensive meal. The quality of the food was very good but it wasn't what we wanted and there is no choice. The staff were lovely. Some can't converse in English but they and we tried and many are fluent in both.

A lovely stay. We enjoyed our ability to borrow kayaks and take them out on the water.

There was no pool during our 8 night stay (especially disappointing since the beach was closed due to shark attacks - not the hotel's fault obviously but made it worse). The alternative was to go to the hotel next door to use their pool but they had very loud construction going on each day. The pool was supposed to be back up and running halfway through our stay but the repairs went very slowly and then they couldn't get the water quality right after it was filled, so it was only opened on the afternoon of our last day! During the last few days there was construction outside out room during the day. There was a poor selection of evening eating options. We did enjoy the Latitude bar for pre-dinner drinks but even there, scaffolding was erected inside the bar for the last few days! No compensation was offered by the hotel for the reduced facilities, inconvenience and disruption. Most of the front desk staff were pleasant and helpful, and did their best to help us with activities and dealing with the airlines during the Isle of Pines airport blockade. Especially Luna, who was very helpful, patient and extremely pleasant to deal with!!! She went out of her way to help me deal with the airline when trying to find out about flight disruptions and re-booking options (which wasn't easy for a non-french speaker). She also did a wonderful job suggesting and arranging activities for us, all of which we enjoyed very much. The activities Luna helped us chose were the highlight of our h
