格蘭達甜蜜套房酒店(Granda Sweet Suites)

We had a perfect stay at Granda Sweet suites! Having read some mixed reviews we weren’t sure how things were going to go, but our expectations were pleasantly exceeded!! Check in was easy, room was very clean with amenities in the bathroom and a coffee maker with pods! The common room was gorgeous with views of the canal - we sat here every day to enjoy the views by the window! Our checkout was perfect we left our luggage at the property until 3.30pm which we then came back to collect! Excellent stay at this hotel and would recommend to anyone! It is around 13 minutes walk to Rialto bridge - very easy!

Vero Nice place tô stato of you manage to stay in a room with Canal View. Apart from this this is a serf service apar**ent. No reception nor any service. Just the room.

Macchina del caffè in allegato le foto del contenitore del calcare anzi scusate dell'acqua Nel comodino residui dei precedenti clienti fazzoletti ecc la doccia completamente nella parte bassa intaccata dal calcare Avrei voluto provare a sbattere le doppie tende ma non ho avuto il coraggio Direi che a prescindere dalla fascia di prezzo ( ho comunque pagato più di 220,00 euro x una notte ) le pulizie dovrebbero essere fatte a modo nn solo il cambio lenzuola

Anche se non hai prenotato una camera che affaccia sul canale vi è un’ampia sala comune in cui puoi godere della vista leggendo un libro sulle poltrone veneziane presenti. Il nostro soggiorno è stato spettacolare e non vediamo l’ora di tornare di nuovo a venezia!

The bathroom shower and moldings under the sink are In very poor condition. There is black mold under the sink in the rotted molding and the shower has 3 badly damaged areas where the plaster is falling out of the wall and there is mold growing under the shower control near the floor. These are housing code violations where I live and need to be repaired. The rest of the room was fine condition and the view is very nice but the bathroom really didn’t come up to the standards of the rest of the room.

The place is just spectacular, like a dream. We were able to watch boats and gondolas go by on the gran canal and it was just fabulous. The room was excellent (with the exception of the shower that was moldy). The staff over the phone was extraordinarily friendly and helpful; the reservation and check-in process were easy to navigate through.

La nostra esperienza di soggiorno presso questa struttura si è rivelata veramente deludente, al punto che non ci sentiamo assolutamente di consigliarla. L’appartamento in sé ha molto charme, ma le condizioni di manutenzione sono veramente sc****, così come il servizio e l’attenzione al cliente. Nel nostro caso il televisore nell’alloggio non era funzionante, così come l’aria condizionata della quale era impossibile regolare la temperatura (col caldo di agosto lascio immaginare il disagio). Nessuno è intervenuto per riparare questi disservizi per mancanza di personale. Ma la cosa che ha reso il nostro soggiorno veramente sgradevole è stato l’odore di fogna (letteralmente, non è un’esagerazione) che permeava tutta la stanza. Abbiamo trascorso una notte insonne nonostante le finestre spalancate (e siamo stati assaliti dalle zanzare…) e anche la porta d’ingresso della suite, perché le esalazioni rendevano letteralmente impossibile respirare. Abbiamo esposto le nostre lamentele alla direzione, sia telefonicamente che per iscritto, ma non si sono nemmeno degnati di fornire una risposta, tantomeno di rimborsare una quota per un soggiorno rivelatosi a dir poco…imbarazzante, per essere cortesi. Peccato perché la struttura è in un’ottima posizione ed avrebbe un gran potenziale, ma l’attuale gestione certamente non ha come interesse primario la soddisfazione e fidelizzazione del cliente.

我們在格蘭達甜蜜套房公寓住了一晚。公寓式飯店地理位置優越，靠近威尼斯所有主要景點，也靠近汽艇站。大廳的景色令人驚嘆。飯店不提供早餐，但提供免費咖啡和茶（房間和大廳有咖啡機）。週六和週日接待處的開放時間為上午 10 點至下午 3 點，那位女士非常友善且樂於助人。物有所值。

Très mal emplacement. L entrée estune porte fermée il faut deviner que c est un hôtel. Une fois entrée vous ne trouvez personne pas de reception. Il a fallu que je demande l aide d une voisine qui a appelle et après une longue discutions on lui a donné le code pour rentrer dans l hotel j ai passé une nuit je n ai vu personne à la réception pas de personnel sauf quelques clients. Hôtel à éviter Déçue rien d une suite. :,:;;,,
