百慕大瑰麗酒店(Rosewood Bermuda)

Wonderful property with excellent service. Everyone was very friendly, with the exception of the lady bartender at Tucker's Bar the last 2 nights. She was as cold and standoffish as Andre was warm and engaging. It also seems the hospitality staff, while very friendly, is stretched rather thin as we saw the same people at virtually every venue at different times of day. While the food was adequate, we were somewhat surprised how simply adequate it was. Perhaps we were simply expecting so much more...

Everyone was so nice! The private beach and beach club alone made this resort worth it. The food was great! We loved the pool as well! Highly recommended!!

This is a full service resort with both golf and beach access on the property. There are 2 pools, a couple of restaurants and bars. Staff are accomodting and friendly.

Beautiful hotel but the shop and spa were closed on Christmas and the day after. There were no activities for guests, no hot tub, and concierge offered to take my family to the airport in the hotel van but he failed to tell us there was a $55 fee. (I opted to take a taxi and give the citizens my money with a tip.) The cleaning staff came in while I was dressing-we told the manager upon check out all of this and he was not friendly at all.

The hotel and all of the amenities are world class and worthy of the five star rating it has. Would be hard to find a staff of people more friendly and accommodating!

Beautifully appointed rooms with extraordinary views. Excellent private beach. Lovely cruise.

The resort is really nice. No complaints about how beautiful the property is or the overall experience. Staff was very nice and pleasant. One issue we had half way through were ants in our bed. House keeping seemed to resolve it by the next day so that’s pretty much the only complaint we had. However, after a week long stay, there were a few things we’ve would’ve preferred: 1) this is not a walkable resort. You have to take a shuttle to get around within the resort grounds. We knew this but it got old after a couple days. 2) The hotel shop/convenience store doesn’t carry basic necessary items nor did the front desk (like Advil) and it’s never open. 3) the food on resort is great but got old after you have pretty much everything on the menu. It’s a 20 min taxi ride into Hamilton for more options. 4) the palm court pool water was pretty dirty. Nice to lay out by though. I would definitely stay here again but would rent a car so I could explore more of the island.
