We’re a family of 4, staying 9 nights at the Pullman Tamachi in 2 adjoining rooms. Our experience of the hotel and in particular staff was exceptional. We were generously granted early check in and a very late check out (possibly helped by my Diamond All.Accor status) which made our day of arrival and departure that more easy to manage. Thank you Jakapun (Director of rooms) The rooms were generous in size, very well appointed and laid out. The breakfast in the main restaurant was great with a nice variety of options. Staff were attentive and food was replenished as needed. The location was perfect for us, metres from the main train line linking the busiest stations, yet far way from the hustle to offer a much-needed sanctuary, highlighted by the roof top garden, terrace and executive lounge. Biggest praise goes to the staff of the executive lounge, led by Jordan and Masa and their great support staff. I have yet to see staff anywhere in the world offer the levels of service they all provided during our stay. From asking questions about what we like and had in mind, to offering options, making reservations and sending frequent emails with listed itinerary and instructions, they made our experience in Tokyo a memorable one for my family. Their attention to detail, enthusiasm and pleasure in hearing we had a great day based on their recommendations, made the difference. The hotel is very fortunate to have staff like you all. My family and I truly thank you for your exceptional service and memorable holiday experience. Looking forward to returning in the near future.

I am writing to express my deep disappointment regarding my recent stay at your establishment in May 2023. I had high expectations, as I had heard that MESM prides itself on providing an exceptional experience to its esteemed Ambassador members, with a dedicated Star Service and Ambassador service team. Unfortunately, my stay was marred by a disturbing low-frequency noise originating from the air conditioning system in the middle of the night. The noise abruptly awakened me three times at 3 AM, causing great inconvenience and discomfort. Despite the hotel’s advanced Pad, I was unable to communicate with any staff members. Left with no other option, I had to physically go to the front desk to seek assistance from the Star Service team. They promptly sent someone to my room to investigate the noise. However, I was disappointed when they refused to provide an alternative room or any meaningful solution. The only resolution offered was an electric fan and turning off the air conditioning system, which hardly sufficed. Even my request for earplugs was denied, with some other guests joking that their co-branded milk candies might be the best substitute. Left with no other choice, I had to venture outside on a rainy night without access to an umbrella. To my surprise, there was no staff available at the front desk near the entrance. I had to join other hotel guests, who were equally drenched, in running to a nearby convenience store to purchase earplugs. It wasn’t until I acquired the earplugs that I finally managed to fall asleep, exhausted, at 5 AM in the morning. During my checkout process, I took the opportunity to provide feedback in person, expressing my disappointment and detailing the challenges I encountered. At that time, the staff assured me that my concerns would be taken seriously and that I would receive a response regarding the matter. However, to my dismay, I have yet to receive any communication from the hotel, leaving me feeling neglected and unheard. PS: Mr. Hisashi Oinuma, thank you for the welcome letter that promised “an inspirational experience by getting mesmerized by your five senses through our unique content and service.” It truly represented a different kind of Japanese service. As a loyal customer, I had expected a higher level of accountability and swift action in resolving the issues I encountered. It is disheartening to see that my feedback has gone unanswered thus far.

陪朋友。一開始是打算去泡溫泉的,後來漸漸離我越來越近了,最後決定去沒有溫泉的氛圍,結果果然如願以償。地點在太子殿內。入口有點亂,不知為何前台和入口都沒有人,就在大廳轉了一圈。我終於找到了工作人員,並被引導到 4 樓。在俱樂部休息室一邊享用抹茶和甜點一邊辦理入住手續。休息室略顯簡陋,面積不大,不過客房只有14間,從容量上來說,這應該是夠用了。值得一提的是,高輪王子地區的三個酒店的lounge都可以使用(加上Hanakohro,所以實際上是四個)lounge(一直等著哈哈)。本來應該是悠閒的參觀,卻突然變成了在17:00開始的2小時雞尾酒會時間裡征服一切的忙碌計劃!我在 17:00 準時去了 Hanakohro 休息室,但我前面沒有顧客。這讓我們這些努力工作的人感到尷尬。飲料有香檳、葡萄酒、清酒、威士忌、好果汁(笑)等。盤子裡有九種小吃?這裡的概念是日本的,所以它是日本的一套。之後去樓下的休息室要排隊,但在新高輪只有啤酒和白天吃剩的蛋糕。作為回到開始的結果,我發現即使在雞尾酒時間之後也有酒精供應(沒有開胃小菜)。我會的。介紹變長了,不過房間和日式旅館一樣,有榻榻米和一張床。從窗戶可以看到花園,從浴室可以看到花園(從花園可以看到浴缸嗎?) 浴室寬敞舒適。沒有我不需要的花灑淋浴。沒有洗面奶(我想要這個)。早餐被送到您的房間,您可以在房間裡一邊欣賞花園一邊慢慢享用。內容是關於一個小客棧,物品很多。酒店的所有工作人員都非常有求必應,這也是一個特點。之後能不能挖溫泉就更不用說了。

剛開業的20/7/3號是靜岡鐵道集團酒店。當然,建築物和客房都很乾淨(^^)d外國遊客很少使用,所以搬運箱碰到十字架也沒有弄髒。客房內是木質風格統一的,可以平靜地呆着。在17.3㎡和這個級別的酒店裏,它很寬敞。電視是TOSHIBA製造的43英寸!LED檯燈有一個USB端口,甚至連無線充電功能都沒有。牀板上有一個插座和USB端口,每個都有1個,每個照明開關都有。有SHARP加溼空氣淨化器。熱水壺由TIGER製成。有線LAN和WiFi免費使用!冰箱由TOSHIBA製成。它很好地與辦公桌集成。冰箱裏有一瓶名爲「一富士」的富士山天然水的塑料瓶,一瓶服務就冷卻下來了。有摺疊行李。這家酒店最推薦的是帶洗手間的浴室,這裏分爲廁所和洗手間3F在前台大堂的洗浴用品角落拿浴液,慢慢浸泡在浴缸裏,疲憊也會一口氣沖走。5F和7F有製冰機、自動販賣機、微波爐,6F有投幣洗衣機。3F的設施櫃檯有各種護膚品、沐浴劑、剃鬚刀、我只需要一些身體毛巾等。房間裏的飲料設施裏有掛川茶的茶包,這是靜岡的公司!早上喝了(^^)d只是房間的拖鞋是可洗的,沒有一次性的東西有點遺憾。如果不是日冕,我不會介意。窗戶很大,可以打開和關閉。從客房可以看到芝浦島的塔瓦曼羣。電梯是安全電梯,如果您不使用卡鑰匙,則無法移動。如果您在入住前將行李存放,請提前將行李運到客房好。首都圈的電鐵系統(相鐵弗雷薩,京王普雷索,東急REI,京急ex)酒店無論如何都適合商務人士,但這裏的設施和服務都像城市酒店一樣米姆商務酒店。非常滿意的住宿。我想再次入住。

相當方便的酒店,田町出來走五分鐘就是,酒店分主棟和分棟,全自助入住退房。酒店左邊有一家永旺,雖不大,但是五臟俱全,右邊有一家羅森,紅標的。再往前走有一家藍標的羅森。周圍吃的也很多。然後田町往PIATA那裡走,下天橋就是三田站,那裡有一條慶応通,全是吃的!走出去到櫻通,就能看到東京塔,非常非常不錯

其實田町站不錯的,近品川、東京,在山手線上,又有三田站私鐵,酒店距離車站也不遠,過條河就到。酒店有一定歷史,預左唔會好新,但房內地氈好似膏藥咁,掉在地上的東西不想再要😑另外酒店在我住的第三天話我個行李喼整爛佢幅牆,佢爛既位置高度同我最大個既喼有超過10CM距離。我話一入來已係咁,佢話不可能,如有應同佢講,我話房內仲有其他地方爛,佢話佢知其他地方爛😂最後佢當然講不過去,唔洗賠啦,但入房時最好帶埋個職員入去檢查房間😝

我們住的客房很小,跟我想的一樣,說起來只有我家卧室的一半大小。在裏面塞進去兩個客人和兩個大旅行袋和一個背包后,房間顯得更是局促了。這裏的馬桶很棒....帶有三種坐盆和加熱座椅。 這家酒店安裝的有遮光窗帘,很安靜,另外它和一個政府機關共用一個大樓--每天早上你都可以看到很多的政府精英!酒店裡提供洗衣機和飲料機。 早餐很棒。我在那裡吃到了沙拉、煮蛋、醬湯和麵包卷。喝咖啡還配送椒鹽薄脆。另外還供應穀物麵包和酸奶。 從 Yamanote線走到 這裏只要4分鐘。這裏的美味多的數不清。Yamanote站出入口的地方有一家貨幣兌換銀行。 下次到京都旅遊的時候我還會住在這裏。
