Very accommodating staff!!! Will definitely book again 😊

Our room was clean and big enough for us :) bed was comfy also, aircon is also cold, made our weekend getaway very relaxing! We had our breakfast at Balay Dako, which was very convenient to go to, just have to cross the street. Staff was friendly and helpful too. checking in and out was also easy and convenient.

Proximity is good. Very near and accessible to all places that must be visited in Ta***tay

Saks lang, may leak from the ceiling, yung mga staff sa reception hindi approachable. I think kailangan pa ng training para marunong kahit bumati sa guests. Pwede na kung tutulog ka lang and that's it. Location wise oks na din. Kailangan medyo matalino ka para malocate mo yung reception hahahahaha yun lang

The building was old but the room was spacious for our family. Great location since it's a few meters walking distance to restaurants like balay dako, leslie's, starbucks, etc.. I just didn't like that they had renovation on-going and was too noisy since it's next to our room. Overall experience was good, staff were polite and helpful.

The room was disappointing because it was a lot smaller than it appeared on the ******* app. It was expensive compared to other accomodation in the area and did not provide value for the price paid. There was no elevator to the room which was accessed via a series of ramps and steps. Lack of security meant anyone could walk off the street onto your floor as there was another entrance that could bypass reception staff. The small toilet had opaque plastic walls so it wasnt very private or far from the bed and if you were with a partner you would hear them in the toilet. The view was of some unmaintained overgrown jungle. And worst of all, there were no sunlight blocking curtain in the room, so the daylight made the room as bright as ever, ( no sleep in but good if you need to wake up at sunrise). No restaurant area fir a breakfast buffet but they serve breakfast in the room. Plenty of secure free parking but outdoors. The hotel would be ok if it was cheaper than the advertised P3,500 a night ( approximately Aud$100) . I stayed at Quest the next day for about the same price and was much relieved. I reccomend that this hotel put sunblocker curtain shades in the room to improve it and be more competitive in the description and prices.

The hotel was excellent and provided a nice, quiet, relaxing experience. Also, the staff was very kind, helpful and friendly. The breakfast options were good and it was conveniently located near other available restaurants. A great experience overall and will book again in the future.

This is no doubt a good location for a hotel in Ta***tay. Too bad the hotel itself wasn't that great. Although the staff was friendly and hospitable, there were few things why it is disappointing to stay here: 1. Rooms have no view. 2. Very slow internet and no phone signal inside the room. 3. Utensils were all disposable which made it very hard to eat and drink hot coffee. 4. Some lights were not working. 5. The only thing that made it didn't feel like a motel is a free breakfast.
