When we checked in, one of the rooms was not ready. Eventually when we got the room the air conditioner was not working and it was very cold and it was late at night after the music show. We didn’t get any help moving the luggage to the distant room.

Hotel is great value for money, everything you need. Comfortable beds, breakfast has variety and staff are attentive

The hotel is perfectly situated not far from the Sun City entrance - gps takes you right to the front of the hotel. Front desk agents were quick and very helpful in explaining the hotel, and the individuals at the 'Information Desk' had an abundant amount of knowledge on where to go and what to do. The hotel has an apartment feeling as each section is only 2 floors instead of many - such as a hotel - which made it more intimate. The rooms are tiny though and there are no bath tubs, just showers - considering the price we surely didn't complain. Breakfast is pretty standard, nothing that pounces at you with surprise but the location of the hotel (right next to a lake) is a superb view early in the morning with birds walking around. Be very careful of the monkeys though as they will easily slip into your room and steal food. If you are comfortable with walking, you are very close to almost everything you would like to visit. I would highly recommend this hotel if you're an individual/s traveling on a budget.

Super convenient for staying with kids and visiting all the Sun City has to offer. The pool was large, clean and had lots of seating. There is also a smaller baby/toddler pool, which was great. Breakfast was good with a lot of selection and well organised overall.The smallest rooms are pretty small but you aren't spending much time in them anyways. They are a bit dated now and need some small repairs here or there. But overall well worth the value. Free entry to Valley of the Waves and free shuttles around the property made things very convenient for our family of five to relax.

Grandes instalaciones, personal amable con excepciones. El transporte interno tarda mucho en hacer el recorrido. El estado de limpieza interna y mantenimiento del aire acondicionado de la habitación era terrible ( Room 2114). Deben atenderlo con urgencia. De resto es un fabuloso hotel, felicidades.

Bon établissement mais manque d’entretien/rénovation au fil des années. Très bien situé. Petit déjeuner excellent

I would like the staff members to be more efficient, the shower light was not working and when we called for help we were told that someone was coming to fix it. No one showed up even after multiple calls. WE SHOWERED IN THE DARK FOR THREE WHOLE DAYS!
