太陽城度假村布什平房酒店(Bush Bungalows at Sun City Resort)

The huts were beautiful and gave the feel of staying at a nature resort. The location was a bit far from “Sun City’s “ hub so it was nice and quiet . There was a shuttle service but it took longer to get to us as not all the shuttles would go the bungalows area. The staff situated at the Bush Bungalows was friendly and helpful.

The unit was fine. Very clean tv and air-con works well. The unit was not very sound proof every car and every person that was out side sounded like it was inside. There was a live band at the shabeen and we did not speel at all the music was super loud until 2 am. The units are very nice but far from the main area. The shuttle service was terrible. The crocodile park was broken and there was no one in the reception area. It will be nice to go back with family because the units is super close to each other so you don’t have privacy if you are a big family this would be fine.

The accommodation is drab and in dire need of overall maintenance compared to Sun City overall. Not value for money and attracted noisy neighbours opposed to the in nature location envisaged. Buffer breakfast at Cascades included is the best!

Bush Bungalows is a great unspoiled gem with in the Sun City resort. Large Thatch Chalet close to the entrance of Sun City. This is not your normal hotel room, more like a bush experience combined with all the benefits of the Sun City Resort. Chalets are large, clean and more than exceptionable. A**osphere is more relaxed compared to the rest of Sun City Resort hotels. I am a regular visitor to Sun City Resort and this was our third stay this year at Bush Bungalows, our 10th visit this year to Sun City Resort and the 2nd weekend in a row that we visited Sun City. Regrettably this time it was our worst stay ever and clearly the management of Sun City Resort do not care for these Chalets: 1. Check-in what a disaster then we stay in this Bungalow then in that Bungalow and then when we arrived at the Bungalow they booked us into, it was the wrong room and we had to wait almost 45 min for new Bungalows key card.. 2. Air cons not working properly had to get maintenance to clean filters before it worked and according to them they last serviced the units more than 3 months back and they recommended to management to service units more regular as result of construction work in the area but management ignored this request. 3. Show head was broken, when maintenance come to repair Hotel management wanted them to remove broken shower head and replace it with one in another room. But I refuse how can management rectify this and I forced them to go get a new shower head and replace broken one with a new shower head. 4. Water was leaking threw underneath the glass partition in our chalet it was so bad that I slipped and injured myself, did report this and even wrote several email. but up to date no response or apology from Sun International. 5 They advertise in the welcome book in your room that a complimentary shuttle is available, but when you phone for this you are told to find your own transport. Bush Bungalows is a perfect place, just a great pity that Senior Management and Hotel management do not care for this beautiful place.
