基尼斯卡宮 SPA 會議酒店(Kyniska Palace Conference & Spa)

Wir haben eine Premium Suite mit Bergblick gebucht. Leider war der Balkon jedoch mit Gartenblick. Wir fragten nach einem anderen Zimmer (wie gebucht), es war jedoch kein Zimmer mit wirklichen Bergblick vorhanden. Angeblich unterscheidet sich „Superior Gartenblick“ von „Premier Bergblick“ nur aufgrund der Etage. Ein paar Minuten später hat man uns im Zimmer angerufen und aus dem Hotel verwiesen unter Androhung der Polizei. Grund: man möchte nur zufriedene Gäste. Zum Glück haben wir wenigstens das Geld zurück erhalten. So etwas ist uns wirklich noch nie passiert und erschreckend ist das äußerst unprofessionelles Verhalten. Die Mitarbeiter sind zudem nicht wirklich freundlich und die Anlage/Zimmer sehr altmodisch bzw waren die Balkone auch recht verdreckt. Man sollte sich wirklich überlegen ob man sich nicht lieber eine schönere Alternative ganz in der Nähe sucht.

Abbiamo trascorso alcuni giorni nella bella Mystras, località di campagna a pochi chilometri da Sparta. Il resort è a pochi chilometri dal paese e comodo per visitare i dintorni. Fino a Sparta è possibile arrivare in autostrada molto comodamente. Struttura nuovissima con stanze pulite, ordinate e bene arredate; dotate di ogni comfort; camera matrimoniale, salotto con cucinino e bella terrazza vista monti o vista Sparta. Bella piscina con acqua freschissima. Pulizia perfetta. Tutto da 10 e lode che vale il punteggio massimo nonostante quanto oltre precisato. Colazione di scelta e qualità ordinaria, da migliorare. Bar della piscina in difficoltà con richieste semplici come il caffè. Il ristorante ci ha servito alcuni piatti discreti e uno solo eccellente (eggplants rolls) rendendo però un servizio difforme dalle nostre richieste. Non vi lasciano l’acqua a tavola con l’idea di servirla di volta in volta ma ciò presuppone che vi sia un cameriere dedicato che nella fattispecie era mancante. I camerieri passano molto tempo a chiacchierare tra loro anziché a girare tra i tavoli. Personale troppo giovane e a nostro avviso inesperto sia nei servizi sia alla reception che non ci è parso che annoti le vostre richieste cosicché al cambio del turno nessuno ne sa più nulla. Spa non provata. Altra nota dolente potrebbe essere il fatto che ci è sembrato che alla piscina avessero accesso persone ulteriori rispetto agli ospiti dell’hotel con conseguente utenza un po’ rumorosa. Visto il livello non elevatissimo degli hotel di Sparta, si tratta di di una scelta comunque ottimale.

Très bon complexe hôtelier à Mystras, à deux pas du site historique classé au patrimoine mondial de l'UNESCO. Les chambres sont dans des petites villas indépendantes réparties dans un parc. Plutôt bien agencé, fonctionnel et réussi esthétiquement. Grande chambre avec salon séparé et grande salle de bain. Rien à dire à part que c'était confortable et bien agencé ! Deux bémols : - un service au restaurant assuré par des super "juniors", sans aucun encadrement (ou alors totalement invisible), ce qui le rendait très approximatif, bien que plein de bonne volonté. - une ambiance très bruyante et agitée à la piscine, type "club de vacances" basique, ce qui cadre peu avec le positionnement "5 étoiles" qu'ils revendiquent. Globalement, une très bonne expérience malgré tout

Εξαιρετικά τα πάντα... ότι φαίνεται στο site & στις φωτογραφίες, είναι 100% αυτό που βρεις, ίσως και καλύτερα. Δωμάτια, διακόσμηση, ύπνος, ησυχία, οργάνωση, σέρβις, καθαριότητα. Πολύ καλό πρωϊνό. Πολύ καλό εστιατόριο, καλή κάβα. Θα πάμε πάλι, value for money.

nous avons séjourné dans une grande suite avec terrasse. Très bon confort, beaux volumes, belle déco, prestations de qualité en adéquation avec le standing de l'établissement. Très bel espace piscine, jardin arboré très agréable. En retrait du village de Mystra, très calme. Personnel très pro. Le meilleur établissement de notre séjour, avons regretté de n'être resté qu'une nuit. Les tarifs ne sont pas exhorbitants au regard des prestations. Dîner parfait, petit déjeuner parfait.

Très belle suite, très bien décorée et agencée. Chambre très propre et très agréable. Le room service est appréciable, et à des prix très corrects. Nous nous sommes faits livrer nos repas les 2 soirs. Le petit déjeuner est très bon avec un personnel très agréable et serviable (avec la covid petit déjeuner servi à table). Les moins : - la piscine est ouverte aux gens extérieurs de l’hôtel, ce qui rend le lieu bruyant (ballons…) - on ne capte pas le wifi dans la chambre. - l’accueil de l’hôtel est à améliorer, accueil froid

L’hôtel est très bien avec une piscine magnifique ( pour information ils refusent les locaux maintenant) Hôtel très calme Petit déjeuner plus que copieux Bien situé pour voir le site Par contre il faut une voiture car l’hôtel n’est pas dans le centre Le seul point négatif : pour 4 personnes. ( 3 adultes et 1 ado) il y a le canapé lit ouvert dans le séjour et un lit de camp pas confortable à côté !!! Dommage si on est 4.!!!

Beautiful hotel in the spectacular mountains near Sparti, ideally located for ancient Mystras and Sparta and with amazing hiking trails close by. The hotel is build in the style of a village so everything is max 2 stories and the rooms are huge. We have a suite for our family including two teens and have ample soave. All amenities to hand including fridge, kettle and coffee maker. Breakfast has a good choice and the food is delicious. The bar food and dinner are also excellent. There were ample comfortable sun loungers by the pools. We used the spa area twice in our stay and I can highly recommend both the amenities and treatments. I have to mention the staff, every one of them were fantastic. Pleasant, interested and helpful leading to an exceptional guest experience. Highly recommend you stay here. Great place, great staff and great value.

Had a 4-day stay with a family of four and this property was remarkable. Just 10 mins from Sparta Central Square and a nice easy drive. Breakfast was phenomenal, the pool was spacious and you can just reserve it to ensure no unwanted issues. Parking is limited but never ran out. The rooms are spacious, shower is amazing, and staff was always grateful and helped us coordinate taxis or anything else. My only recommendation is to have a better after hours check-out process since we had to wait a considerable amount because there was no one at the front desk when we wanted to check-out. I should have given them more notice so keep that in mind if you checking out between 11pm-6am.
