錫比烏希爾頓酒店(Hilton Sibiu)

HORRIBLE. Worst experience ever. Do not stay here. So unfriendly. So unhelpful. Wish that we. Had stayed somewhere else. Did not respond to our issues and were quite rude when we asked for help. Never dealt with such unhelpful and rude people.

Hilton Sibiu, dated but still good quality. Could use an update. The rooms are huge, but not enough electrical outlets. I should not have to unplug a lamb to plug in my phone next to the bed. Fitness center needs some attention, half the cardio machines are out of order or do not function right. The resistance on the bike can only be adjusted up but now to lower the friction. Lounge is excellent, food and full bar. Silva in the lounge is extremely attentive. Spa area is fantastic, indoor pool, sauna etc. Finally the location is not great for interacting with the city city but fine if you want a bit of space.

We stated at Hilton Sibiu 2 days ago. The hotel is nice and clean and a reasonable rate, but not 5 stars by European standards. It would make a good 4 star hotel if advertised as a 4. The attendants at breakfast, lounge and spa were phenomenal, but front desk was slightly lacking in service. Concierge desk was present, but there was no Concierge or luggage attendants. Again pointing to 4 star hotel, Not 5. The room was nice and clean, but diamond upgrade was not honored even though the hotel was empty the 3 days we were there. Finally the spa was truly amazing. There was a pool area and a separate spa with multiple sauna options, steam room and jacuzzi. Had a massage and it was absolutely amazing, had to get another one before we left as it was so good. I would highly recommend asking for Adela in the spa. She was attentive and customized the massage to my needs. Honestly my favorite part of the stay was the massage I received from Adela.

Le bâtiment est vieux mais le confort reste au top Excellent buffet du petit déjeuner avec un choix énorme La localisation est un peu excentrée, à environ 15mn de l’aéroport et du centre ville en voiture

L'hôtel propose tout le confort avec de grandes chambres et une salle de bain généreuse. Tout était très propre et le service de chambre irréprochable (serviettes changées, mini-bar réapprovisionné, etc.). Les chambres sont bien insonorisées et on n'étend ni les voisins ni le passage dans le couloir avec les claquements de portes qui vont avec. L'hôtel dispose également d'un spa avec plusieurs saunas, un hammam et une grande piscine, le tout très propre et bien entretenu. Le personnel est gentil et serviable. Dans l'hôtel se trouve également plusieurs restaurants dont un nouveau dédié au show cooking style japonais qu'on a conseillé de tester. Le chef a préparé tout un ensemble de plats (très copieux) tout en jonglant avec ses ustensiles tel qu'on peut le trouver dans les régions d'Asie.

Nice, but they need upgrade you can't see that the lack of people during the COVID-19 affect also this hotel. The personal isn't that it was. But is a good experience after all. It's just another option hope next time to solve this problems. Thanks

This was the best hotel we stayed at whilst travelling round Romania. The staff were fantastic and couldn’t do enough to to make sure we had a pleasant stay. Especially Dammika and the guy who worked the exec lounge on the night of the 22nd December. We cannot wait to return.

I enjoyed my stay at the Hilton Sibiu. My room was spacious and comfortable. The breakfast buffet had a good variety of items. I was quite pleased. I just wish this hotel was closer to the city centre.
