伊克諾套房旅館(Econo Lodge Inn & Suites)

That hotel has a serious custodial staff problem. We stayed there for 4 nights. The first day our beds were made and I asked for fresh towels. We got them, but only 1 hand towel (although there were 2 of us staying there) and it was very raggedy. The 2nd day, no one serviced the room at all. The carpet is filthy--they vacuum, but it needs to be shampooed-my feet were black when I walked on it without my slippers. The available breakfast was really skimpy--and no protein--only carbs. The front desk staff were fine. No problems there.

La estancia es buena sin embargo el cobro de los depósitos de 50 dólares es un problema la devolución, si fuera en efectivo seria mas rápido y seguro para la devolución, de ahí en fuera esta estancia es recomendable, segura y limpia.

Room was supposed to be smoke free but had a faint cigar smell. It was quiet and comfortable.

Everything was ok . Check out early in the morning night clerk was not friendly at all.

Quite upset over the stay at your hotel and the amount I had to pay for what I received. My check in was fine with the ladies that did just that, but upon walking in, there was furniture disheveled in the lobby and unable to be used and then upon enter the hall to my room, there was a Huge box blocking a majority of the hall! Upon entering my room, it was very minimal, no cups, the desk lamp was not plugged in ( looked as though it was just set on the desk because it was new) the lamp had No lampshade, the nightstand was completely pulled out from the wall and out of place, the screen on the window was bent and broken, could not open the window and the Worst part, was the home my room overlooked! There was garbage all over the yard, and animals running amuck all over… dogs, cats, rabbits, ducks, chickens and a Rooster that started crowing each morning at 3am!!! I got absolutely No sleep!! This room should Never have been assigned to me or anyone else until there are changes. I should Not have been made to pay what I did, for such a bad room and terrible stay. I did complain to the front desk and they said that they have tried talking to the city regarding the home…. Don’t rent this room out until things change. I would Never stay here again.

Three floors, but no elevator

Room was somewhat clean. They should do better job in the bathroom. Did not clean behind the door and toilet.

No elevator. Hard for elderly to go up steps with luggage. Big fans appeared to be drying carpets.
