慶典貝斯特韋斯特套房酒店(Best Western Shelbyville Inn and Suites Celebration Inn)

No me gusto la atención en el front desk. Y encontré un moco en mi almohada.

All was friendly and convenient. My coffee pot was not working and was given a brand new one on the spot. Would stay again.

We slept okay, bathtub faucet dripped continuosly. Smoke detector was removed from wall. Not horrible but not great either.

Avoid this hotel if you can. It is one of the worst hotels we have stayed in. We found bugs in the room, the bed sheets were dirty. The manager and the staff were very unprofessional and rude. Breakfast was below average. Next time we will choose other locations that are close by. This property needs to be inspected by authorities.

We have stayed at this Best Western each time we’ve gone to visit the Jack Daniel’s distillery. And we will definitely be staying there again. Our room was clean, quiet and comfortable.

The room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was good. We’d stay here again.

Maybe the worst Best Western we have stayed in for condition. The one staff member we interacted with was pleasant for the few moments we talked. The room smelled and felt very damp/moist even the linen. Fortunately we were only there to sleep a few hours one night. Absolutely will not stay again. If it wasn't midnight by the time we got back to the room and really noticed I may have tried to book a different hotel.

Easy access to the event attended, room was clean, staff was very helpful

Nice staff. Was comfortable and clean but is a bit tired so needs some work.
