桑德曼簽署薩斯卡通南酒店(Sandman Signature Saskatoon South Hotel)

The staff were friendly with check in and check out but didn’t acknowledge other times. The TV channels could be improved to add more movie channels that could be added even if available for a fee as there was only one movie channel. The hotel wasn’t very close to a lot of things but that is on us that we didn’t check the area where the hotel was located. The cleaning staff were very friendly and rooms very clean and comfortable and we would choose the Sandman again though.

The hotel was really nice and modern. But our room door to the hall wall kept getting stuck on the tile at the bottom. If you didn’t pull it shut all the way, it wouldn’t close. The door was ajar when we got there. The rooms were clean and very nice. The bathroom was huge and had a jack and hill entry style that we liked. We noticed some weird marks on the black tile floor then realized in the morning it’s water stains from the shower leaking. It was like a river flowing out of the side of the shower when you turned the water on. The hand held shower head was leaking so bad it was hilarious actually. So that was a bit concerning. Other than that the staff was great. The view was sub par for 300 a night. Not sure we will stay here again.

We called ahead and asked if the hotel was quiet this evening and were told yes. Only to arrive to a very full parking lot. Desk clerk very unfriendly. Did not interact with us at all except to ask for id and credit card for damage deposit hold. Very cold and not welcoming. Did not tell us anything about the hotel, where the elevators were etc ..

Shower had a bad placement with it being visual to the whole room, with no privacy. The room cost over 700 for one night so we were very underwhelmed with it. I realize supply and demand increases the rates but this was ridiculous, as we were there in Saskatoon for medical reasons and had no choice but to pay this amount.

This was a nice clean hotel. Very understanding when we had to leave a extra day early with a late check out and no extra charges. Pool is very small for the capacity of the hotel. Beds are very comfortable. And shower as great water pressure. Recommend 100%

Very disappointed in the reservation people but The front desk was quite helpful. Had to change my booking as unforeseen event had happened the people on the phone reservation could have cared less. People at the desk did care awesome people

Staff were wonderful and friendly, and super accommodating. My flight arrived earlier than expected and before check-in time, but they got me into a room immediately. Wonderful experience.

The front deck took a deposit but did not refund it at checkout. This is not common practice. Told us will need at three business days to get refund back ? Just beware of this.

Stunning lobby & beautiful room. Unfortunately, I had a room by the elevator so it was very noisy but other than that, great hotel!
