冠以藝術之名，可以多收點費吧。看不出有什麼特別的地方。距離海邊很近，周邊餐飲很多，比較方便。衞生、床品和設施就是一般酒店正常水平。

Perfect located small resort. Nicely decorated. Good rooms, clean and modern. I prefer taller high floor rooms but we were said that king size bed rooms are only on the 3rd floor. The facility has no charger for electric cars, and you need to use the city charger across the street (3 to 6 kw/hour, limited to 4 hours and not available 6 am to 10 am, so not very convenient)

Staff was knowledgeable and friendly-Alfred at the front is a gem! The hotel is clean and close to restaurants and in the middle of the art district. The rooftop bar is great and has the best view of Sarasota. The bed was comfortable, and toiletries were high quality. The art displayed in the lobby is something to see, and there was live music there as well. This was a definite hit, and we will gladly return!

Repair noses during the day…
7 th floor above us was closed for repairs and carpet cleaning. It was not pleasant to call at 1am at night to ask to turn off jet fens, drying carpet.
They use to validated parking in garage, not anymore….

This hotel is a joy to stay at. Reasonably priced in prime location of downtown Sarasota, the staff are just wonderful and the rooms are tasteful and comfortable. Fun roof top bar and pool and breakfast is top notch!

The entire staff, from front desk to housekeeping and especially valet were helpful and friendly. My husband and I both felt everyone went over and beyond. We are very pleased with our stay.

It’s a fun place to stay. We were near the elevator,
so heard others coming and going. But other than
that it was great. The pool scene probably not best for families with kids (holiday weekend though, graduations…)
