非常喜歡這個酒店，在城市中心總統府和武器廣場旁，價格不貴，出行方便。酒店歷史悠久，但設施齊全，重新整修，雖然不大，但很温馨，人氣旺盛。早餐也不錯。

excelente servicio ... el personal super amable ... nos cuidaron las maletas 3 dias en lo que fuimos a otra ciudad..el hotel es un clasico todo de madera ...el desyuno muy bueno ...la alberca esta excelente ...super centrico de ahi puedes caminar a todos lados

A wonderful hotel. From the curb side assistance with luggage to the room, to Louie?, the room service attendant. Wonderful dining room, friendly staff. Has a beautiful old church beside the hotel entrance. I would highly recommend this hotel, if you are travelling to Santiago, Chile.

Great hotel with great services. Room was good except for the beds (too soft, older mattresses). Shower is good, very clean room and hotel. The buffet breakfast is 5 stars. The lobby of hotel great and concierge service also very good. Location is downtown. Very convenient but you must be aware of your environment.
Would stay there again. I give it 5 stars.

The room was excellent, only issue was at night showers were only warm not hot water. Service in bar was slow. Food in dining room needs a bit of work as the food was overcooked. The hotel is in a good location to visit the old town attractions. Breakfast was good and plentiful.

We stayed at the hotel for 4 nights and were impressed with the service, the condition of the hotel and the friendliness of the staff. The location is excellent, right in the centre, walking distance to most of the attracrions. We can only recommend it.

Excellent, attentive service. Room was good sized and comfortable. Bathtub was a bit slippery; the staff looked for a rubber bath mat, but did not find one. Restaurant had world cuisine. Fifth floor rooftop terrace proved a pleasant place for drinks and a light meal.

O hotel e o atendimento foram incríveis! O hotel é muito bonito e sempre senti receptividade e cuidado do time de atendimento. O café da manhã é muito bom e a limpeza impecável. O meu quarto era enorme!!! O hotel está localizado no centro da cidade, quase na frente das ruas fechadas para pedestres, sendo um bom lugar para compras.
