The front desk was extremely helpful and friendly. The hotel is far from town, so taxis are essential! The hotel doesn't really offer anything special for a 5 star hotel, so we were disappointed.

Nos toco vellos *****os y cabello tanto en las camas como en el baño.
Así mismo, las toallas estaban rotas y las sabanas súper rasposas.

Again the pool and Spa was closed! Why don’t they remove the pictures of the pool and Spa if it’s not available for use for long periods of time. Very disappointed. Also they tried to charge me €25 for a coffee!! I went and joined my friend who was having breakfast and just had a coffee as there was no kettle or coffee machine in the room and when I came to check out they wanted €25 for it. Disgusting considering the cost of the hotel and lack of facilities. I would definitely not book here again.
