這家酒店以一切理由問中國旅客加收錢!枕頭有黃黃的污漬,前台男生也不會為此道歉,態度生硬,這個男生衹有加收錢積極,啥東西都想收錢,加個被子啥的都要錢,其他人態度都挺好。早餐難吃,除了鹹味沒有別的味道,衹有煎蛋是能吃的而且小姐姐很nice。和其他大馬本地旅客聊,他們説帶小孩多要了枕頭被子根本沒要求加收錢。攜程協助聯繫處理了他們才來換的枕頭,不然前台男生根本不屑理你中國人。酒店官方回覆也是枕頭臟了我説句抱歉咯,但是你要多被子我就是要多收你錢這是我們的規矩。酒店管理非常雙標,自己清潔工作不做好一句話輕飄飄,但衹要能多收中國人錢任何機會不放過。但攜程真的聯繫很及時24小時在線,要給攜程點贊。Their pillow got yellow stains and the front desk male staff would not even bother to say a single slight sorry until you ask him, but everyone else was lovely.This hotel would also try to charge you for everything, but when they leave you a yellow pillow? They dont care at all. Double standard, require the cleints to follow non.sense charge up rules but they dont care about cleaning rules and common sense. Breakie was too salty. The young lady who cooks egg omelette was kind and freindly. Horrible hotel.
