Happened in March. Paid for a stay in advance. But hotel claim never to receive the payment. Why only now? I filed an official complaint to DOT and DTI and I was giving them a chance to investigate. They were not even sorry this happened. They think they are the victims because "scammers" are using their name. We decided not to stay there.
