We checked in around 11pm, passing through a blizzard. Got unloaded into room and went looking for vending machine. Could not get back into room, faulty sensor on door. No management or maintenance was able to help. All personal items were in locked room. We had to sleep in the room next door until the maintenance man came in at 8am. The hot breakfast was canceled due to a call out and the entire hotel was out of coffee!

The staff was extremely nice and explained where everything was well. They also had a dog run for my dog to be able to at least run safely. The room was cleaned very well

Room stunk terribly. Acknowledged by front desk attendant. Unable to move as they were sold out. They took a whopping $20 off the bill. I told them I would settle for $75 total charge. I have yet to see it. They are terrible. I will not stay there ever again.

My room smelled like wet basement very old wet musty smell And the deep end of the pool had an odor like sewage. I’m not sure if it may have been coming from the pool maintenance room vent nearby.

Request king on east side of building. Did not get, only an excuse. Silverfish in room! Yuck!

The hotel itself is well kept and quiet. The downside is because it is right on a busy interstate, obviously there is constant road noise. We have stayed here before and will again. We stay here a couple of times a year because its location is convenient and halfway to our annual destination. The breakfast is always prepared well with plenty of options. Happy with the experience!

Except for the freeway noise it was an amazing stay. The beds were comfortable and clean Will recommended this hotel

The hotel staff was very polite and professional, the lobby was comfortable for meeting others in our group, the rooms we clean and comfortable and pleasant. Only “but” I can think of is that the elevator wasn’t always the fastest to get around.

The property was fine. It was very busy and both nights of the stay the lobby had full blown parties with ***** poker going on. I booked through ******* and was charged by them, and the hotel also charged me PLUS an additiknal night. I was told the manager would contact me yesterday which never happened. At check out, my receipt indicated i was only charged for w nights which was inaccurate. I asked for a receipt showing ALL the charges taken from my account. The attendent couldnt figure out how to send an accurate receipt but promised to email ot to me. I still do not have have it. My sisters and i stay at the Holiday Inn several times a year and this was surprising based on our previous experiences. At this point i have paid over $1,000 between the property and ******* charges. I am not in position to have that kind of expenditure. Im vrry disappointed and will likely nkt stay at the Salem property again
