Best Western Premier Hotel de la Paix

This hotel exceeded our expectations and we enjoyed a wonderful 4 night stay. The rooms were great, comfortable beds and superb blackout blinds. Staff were really helpful and friendly and we loved the bar and courtyard area. Well located for restaurants and visiting champagne houses. Pre-booked parking on site an added bonus. Would wholeheartedly recommend.

Our arrival was earlier than anticipated , the front desk was very helpful and friendly making a few Suggestions while we waited for our room. Although small it was meticulously clean every day. Breakfast is inexpensive with great variety. Would recommend strongly. Best of all is locations to the train station, restaurants and of course all the sites.

Hôtel très bien situé, dans le centre de Reims, à même pas 10 minutes à pieds de la cathédrale. Notre chambre était juste parfaite : grande, moderne, avec tout le confort. Les petits-déjeuners sont complets et très bons. Et l'accueil est efficace et très cordial. Hôtel vraiment à recommander.

It’s a good city centre hotel, quiet at night and very conveniently situated. Parking was convenient and only €18 a night, I was concerned as google maps mentioned a low emission zone which you needed a permit for but this wasn’t an issue. Rooms are a little battered but most city centre hotels are. My only issues are that the bathroom door is frosted glass with no way of blocking out the light from the window, although it is nice having a bathroom window, not many hotel bathrooms have a window. Also the cleaning crew started outside our room at 8:30am, crashing and banging around, I understand they need to get everything ready for the next guests but 8:30 is too early and I don’t imagine the hotel was full so they could of started elsewhere.

From booking and contacting the hotel everything was outstanding. So good in fact we won’t back. Excellent location, parking, rooms, staff. Could not fault anything. Reims a lovely place and you are 30 seconds walk to the square. Wonderful

Amazing hotel! Great location, very large rooms, clean, awesome swimming pool (incl sauna and outdoor lounge area), good food and very attentive staff. Would definitely stay here again!

Perfect location, modern but classy. Multi-lingual staff very helpful. Booked in part for E-car charging. As demand has grown, their E-car charge concierge reparked cars as charge completes. There is an extra garage fee for hybrids and full electric. But atleast your not waiting at a roadside charge spot. In the US, Best Western used to be known as Least Eastern.... not this one!
