巴亞以塔港灣私密酒店(Secrets Vallarta Bay)

Hotel was really nice. Only a few things I didn’t like being able to hear crying children from Hotel next door. There was One rude front desk gentleman. Wanted to eat Sushi one day during the week but it was closed.

Buen hotel aunque algunas políticas un poco raras como tener que solicitar las capsulas de cafe de la habitación a room service cuando debería de ser parte del servicio de remplazo en automático cuando hacen la habitación. Un hotel tan caro tampoco debería de incluir cualquier tipo de bebidas, algunas marcas de tequila y otros licores las cobran. Mucha variedad de restaurantes y muy rica la comida, buen hotel y buen ambiente tranquilo para ir a descansar

Comida buena excepto en el japonés. No pudimos disfrutar el mexicano. Muy bueno el buffett todos los dias en el Market. La propiedad se ve descuidada, pisos quebrados, muebles de habitación maltratados, puertas oscuras, almohadas muy malas. limpieza bien, elevadores bien.

As soon as we ealked in, we were greeted with champagne and bell hop took our bags. Check in was quick but then they had us talk to another lady who I thought was going to show us to our room but she was sales trying to get us to take tour and sign up membership. We had a long day of travel and we just wanted to get to our room and this was poor timing. We had a swim up suite, which we loved. It was private and shaded in some areas. We actually preferred our pool over the infinity because it was so much cleaner and cooler. Our bag was not in our room which was concerning because the sales lady took forever. We had to call for our bag. Property has beautiful flowers and trees. Our room was perfect location. Our shower was nice. Our sinks didnt drain well. The staff were friendly and attentive. However, the vendors on the beach were too much. They kept approaching us and it was not very relaxing to be asked every 5 minutes to buy something. Then they stand in front of the chairs and make you feel awkward or bad for drinking and eating and just sitting there watching them stand in sun. Its a good sales tactic but I didnt appreciate it during my vacation. I was there to relax and watch waves and beach, not vendors in the way. Wish they had more food options during day. Also loved the all inclusive. Beach was very rocky, even in water. Bring swim shoes. Loved our room and the lobby views but i have been to other resorts that had more relaxed feel

Excelente servicio e instalaciones. Quede sorprendida con el gym, muy amplio y completo en aparatos y mancuernas. Todos los restaurantes riquísimos y excelente servicio.

Muy buena experiencia en hotel , playa mala , alimentos muy buenos gim excelente . Amenidades regular . Excelente atención . Spa muy bueno hidroterápia, área de masajes buena. Hotel le falta mantenimiento alguna áreas avejentadas .

Amazing as always. Been here a few times before when it was. Now/Amber and it’s still a stellar property. Clean, absolutely attentive and friendly staff, great food. Can’t ask for much more

Estamos encantados con la estancia. Excelente servicio de todo el personal. Las instalaciones preciosas. La habitación súper cómoda. Vale totalmente el precio.

Most night entertainment finished too early for adults only area but resort next door which you could have kids they had better and longer entertainment Which doesn’t make sense to me
