The hotel was very nice. The lobby area and pool were nicer than some. Our room was a suite with an in-room jacuzzi and separate bedroom. I've stayed in many and this was as nice as they come for the price. Jacuzzi more comfortable for one, which is common. I felt the bed was a bit too firm, but some prefer such things. Would stay again.

This was a great place to stay the night! The staff were so helpful and friendly, the bed was very comfortable, the selections for the breakfast that was included were a plenty! Also loved the warm cookies and coffee in the lobby and the pet-friendly room was clean and didn't have any odor from previous pets. I will stay here again in my travels!

Thought the facility was clean and the breakfast was excellent. Front desk help was poor. No one there at check out! When checking in, stood in front of check in counter while representative was on the phone for 15 minutes! Was then told they were talking to their boss! Wouldn’t the boss put a priority on customer service first!

Everything about this stay was great! I like the room design, with the sink outside of the bathroom. Housekeeping even freshened up the room for the second night! This is a very rare occurrence, lately. A lot of breakfast selections!

The Country Inn is by far the best hotel in Prineville. The staff is excellent and so is management, they truly care about the cleanliness of the rooms and property.

The guy at the front desk was terrible. I travel with a service dog he's got many qualifications. The front desk guy took about 30 minutes to check me in because he was looking for the horse room I believe and I got it and I refused to stay in it so I got a different room after he had called the manager And then when the manager came she questioned my service animal and wanted to know why he was in the truck instead of with me and I told her it's because I thought it was going to be a 23 minute check in time and then I would bring him in And I was there for a total of almost an hour and in the meantime he had checked two other guys in and took about five minutes very poor service this used to be my favorite place in Prineville it is no longer

The AC unit filter was fully packed with dirt, bugs, and debris. My allergies (allergic to dust) went crazy trying to keep the room cool to my liking. I had to clean (4) filters in the sink to survive the room.

We liked it all! the room was beautiful, the staff extremely helpful and friendly, and breakfast was wonderful! We will be back again!

My air conditioner fan was going out and made a lot of noise the TV wouldn't work properly I couldn't get it to change channels most of the time and it was very noisy had people upstairs banging all night I complained but it continued
