L.A國王酒店(L.A. Kings Hotel)

This was the worst hotel experience of my life and I would advise you avoid at all costs. I was staying here for a wedding that was happening on the grounds. During the wedding reception my laptop, tablet and cash was stolen from my room. The staff including the general manager were useless in helping resolve the issue. They didn’t report it to the police and wouldn’t show me CCTV footage will the next day. The held no accountability here and after watching the footage it seems as though members of staff were in on the plan to steal my items. General management refused to show my the CCTV that showed my room door and kept making up excuses. It turns out the hotel staff just let the robber in and he attempted to go into many people’s rooms before being successful and getting into mine. They do not monitor their CCTV and have taken no accountability on the matter. DO NOT STAY HERE, if I could rate this a minus 5 I would.
