Toller Service, freundliches Personal und saubere Zimmer. Die Lage in Summerstrand ist ok. In 2 Minuten ist man zu Fuß am Strand oder in der Mall.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel solo di passaggio, come punto di appoggio per prendere l'aereo il mattino seguente. Non abbiamo usufruito del ristorante, quindi non mi è possibile dare un giudizio. Il personale è stato molto gentile. L'hotel è molto curato e pulito. Le camere sono immense, delle vere e proprie suites. Molto eleganti, anche se forse andrebbero leggermente rimodernate. In generale ci siamo trovati molto bene.

L’hôtel est une petite perle rare. Situé dans une banlieue résidentielle chic (et un plutôt aseptisée), c’est en fait une maison où il y a à peine une dizaine de chambres. Tout est décoré en art déco, avec des pièces uniques. Je pense que chaque chambre a notamment sa propre décoration et œuvre d’art. Notre chambre était d’ailleurs une énorme suite avec un patio privatif. Tous les jours nous avions des attentions personnalisées (biscuits offerts dans la chambre, etc…) le personnel est super sympa et nous a proposé de voir un film dans leur salle privative qui n’était pas réservée de la journée. Merci à toutes les personnes qui nous ont accueillis. Le restaurant est également excellent. Petit et intime, il propose de la nourriture raffiné, notamment pour le petit déjeuné qui est à la carte et non un buffet (il était inclu dans notre cas). Chaque matin on a pu goûté deux plats qui était délicieux. Ne passer pas à côté de cet hôtel, malgré qu’il soit dans un quartier excentré des attractions touristiques, cela vaut le coup.

Wonderful staff and the hotel is beautiful. Arrived at the hotel after being involved in an incident, staff were incredibly helpful and went out of their way to assist in anyway they could. The hotel is very clean, modern and full of surprises. Stunning cinema, and wine cellar. The room we had was stunning, large bedroom, bathroom and lounge area. We had dinner, fillet steak was delightful. We had a great experience and thoroughly enjoyed our 1 night stay. We wish to personally thank the staff for all their help and assistance in making our stay enjoyable.

11 of us enjoyed the Movie & Burger Night in the private cinema..Great service, Superb burgers, popcorn, sweets with our Movie- a totally fabulous evening!! Thank you, Mantis No 5!! From the time we arrived at Reception, we were welcomed so warmly, and this continued in the Lounge, with drinks service, followed by dinner and our Movie- We were treated like Royalty!!

Great hotel, amazing decor and really friendly and helpful staff. The hotel is near Port Elizabeth airport and the hotel is only too happy to arrange transport to the airport. The rooms were really comfortable and the location was good too. We only stayed for one night but were made to feel really welcome.
