Thanks Servotel for your service during my last stay. Overall, recommend hotel based on location and front line staff support. The rooms here are a bit aged and might need a little refreshing (wish beds were a bit more firm). The location is great - directly across from airport - with good security and nicely groomed property. The restaurant and bar staff aim to please and service is good. However food delivery times can be a bit long (typically 45 - 60 minutes). Gym, pool area and common areas are available and ok.

Le personnel accueillant, le nettoyage semble fait. Mais les tapis sont ultra sales. Présence de bestioles.
Mais on trouve un bon déjeuner et le service de restauration fonctionne.
L’hôtel est bien situé, près de l’aéroport. Peu de soucis pour l’insécurité.

Tuve que estar encerrado por temas de seguridad. Y me enfermé, lo cual mi evaluación no es 100% neutral. Sugerencia, en el menú tener opciones mas ligeras. Toda la comida es pesada y con mucha grasa.

La chambre étaient humides. Avec une forte odeur d'humilité. La climatisation faisait un bruit monstre. Pas de serviette a mon arrivée, jai du attendre 2h avant davoir une serviettes et pouvoirs me laver.

Pour dépanner oui mais il y a beaucoup d’amélioration à faire surtout au niveau de courtoisie et service du personnel. Une bouteille d’eau traitée dans la chambre ne ferait pas du tort .
