Hotel próximo ao porto e para quem vai a Victoria - BC, é recomendável. Também fica próximo da área de compras e alimentação da cidade, podendo fazer tudo após rápida caminhada. Hotel simples, mas confortável. O destaque fica por conta do atendimento.

Hotel is a bit rough around the edges - patched curtains, loud bathroom fan (that turns on with the light), ratty towels. Thankfully I always travel with earplugs because at 9 pm the couple upstairs decided to have a loud, knock down, drag out fight. F-word, shoving, door slamming, shouting for quite a while. I’ll stay somewhere else next time.

Beware! We booked this hotel because they advertised that they had bathtubs, but when we checked in the desk clerk told us that the tub overflow valves didn't work, so they had removed all the drain plugs! There was no air conditioning, and the fan that was provided gave very little relief on a hot night. The bathroom window was boarded up with plywood, into which was installed the cheapest possible fan, which did not work. So no opening window or fan in the bathroom, and no cross-ventilation possible. They advertised TVs, but there was no cable connecting the Dish box to the TV, so it did not work, and there was no one in the office by the time we tried to turn it on. There were no hangers at all, and the amount of toilet paper was so minimal that we had to go ask for another roll after we checked in. The refrigerator (which was another reason we chose this place) was not plugged in when we arrived, so it took hours to get even slightly cold. The cheap coffeemaker had no auto-shutoff, which seems like a real fire hazard. My husband noted several electrical and code violations. The room was clean, but the bed was so firm I couldn't get comfortable. We've stayed in hotels all over the west coast and internationally, and this was just about the worst one we've encountered.

The Riviera Inn Motel is close to Highway 101 traffic through Port Angeles. While the temperatures there are lower in other urban areas of western Washington, summer temperatures can be hot. This hotel is dependent on open windows and fans for cooler temperatures. The fans do not block the traffic noise through the night. Additionally, the hotel did not honor the reservation price I had selected; they charged me an additional $70 for my one night stay, a close to 70% increase. I had trusted ********** to retain the price I had agreed on in making my reservation, and did not check the email Confirmation that came from the hotel. I guess I will prepay my hotel.com reservations in the future, to avoid making this mistake again.

Old motel. Bathroom ancient with slow tub/shower drain, very small sink area. Dusty room. No AC and it was very hot. Not what I expected for $200 night. More like a $100 per night room.

Clean, needed another reservation, which cost 2x as much because of a crab festival. Made me crabby

Front desk check-in was efficient. The room was great, especially the bed & pillows. The room was newly redecorated; very nice.
