皮爾俱樂部會館套房酒店(ClubHouse Hotel and Suites)

The most disappointment part of the stay was that the big slide was not working and the pool was very cold. Our kids love to swim, but they did not want to swim in the cold water. Our room was also dirty and the window was cracked. Yes, we were still charged full price for the stay.

The hotel was overall great. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was one of the best I've seen from a hotel. My kids enjoyed the pool area and we were thankful that it wasn't very deep. The hotel must have been replacing mattresses however, they were everywhere in the lobby and in hallways. Our room had a fry and some other trash still on the floor. But other than those few things, it was a good stay.

Beautiful hotel. A holiday weekend so no one was keeping the pool amenities (water slide) working. Also, staff must have given the pool a triple shot of chlorine before leaving for the weekend—almost intolerable to be in the pool room, much less the pool. This is advertised as a very nice hotel with commensurate charges. Don’t appreciate the ants I. Our bathtub or the intermittent heat in our room on a cold winter night. Breakfast is very good.

The staff was not very accommodating. We needed to add an extra night to our stay and the staff said they couldn't do it. There was no housekeeping during the stay, that's hotel policy. So we had to go to the front desk to get clean towels, etc. Breakfast is very limited and mostly packaged pastries. It's not apparent why it's called the Clubhouse since there are no athletic facilities other than a dusty workout area with some broken equipment and a kiddie pool. The hotel caters to hunters, something it didn't include in the promo. So there were men walking around with rifles and unleashed dogs running the halls. There was also a lot of drinking and partying that could be heard from the halls and rooms. We were also awakened by a freight train that passed nearby at 1:15 a.m. The hotel was overpriced, particularly for the area.

Found an extra 50.00 charge on my credit for absolutely no reason. will be calling the bank to stop payment.

Courteous staff. Comfortable bed. Fluffy pillow. Very good dinner at restaurant. Felicia was an excellent server.

Always a great place to stay. Nice touch this year with an evening happy hour.

Everything was great. The room was spacious and clean. The only thing I saw (I'm just being picky here) the room divider had shelves and you could write your name in the dust on these shelves. Everything else was just fine.

Great stay. From ow on this will be the place I stay for my trips to Pierre SD.
