馬索旅館(Hitching Horse Inn)

We liked the accommodation at the Hitching Horse Inn as it was in a convenient location, very clean and tidy, excellent breakfast, friendly and helpfu; staff and very comfortable. We would like to stay here again when visiting Pierre SD.

We stayed for a figure skating competition. Area was quiet and safe. Owner was sweet. Property had great charm and felt warm and inviting. We didnt get to enjoy the awesome breakfast because of the competition but will so try it next time! Would book again! 10/10

Beautiful and cozy home with traditional style. Room was spacious and equipped with a desk, private bath, TV and king bed. Breakfast was stellar! Deb is an amazing hostess and was happy to have a conversation with her. If you're looking for quaint, home feel this is the place for you!

This older home has been magnificently remodeled and updated. It was a very nice change to stay an evening at this location as opposed to a hotel. Will definitely stay at the Hitching Horse Inn again if traveling through Pierre.

Wonderful stay - many thoughtful touches, warmly decorated, very kind staff. The only complaint I could have is that the traffic noise is loud if your room is on the front side of the house. However, there is a beautiful deck off the rooms on the front side of the house as well!

I traveled with my husband and our child and booked a “business apar**ent”, which seemed in the listing to have two beds. Now, we did reserve through a third party site, which may have jumbled up the pictures or otherwise erroneously led us to that conclusion. We arrived later than we had planned around 9pm and found just the one bed in our room. The hosts had already retired for the night and all other rooms seemed to be occupied, so we made a little floor bed with the extra blankets. We also could not get the wifi network and password to work, although it was provided in multiple places. Pros were a beautiful old house and a cooked to order breakfast in the morning.

Bit tricky to locate offsite room we reserved as we came into town after hours & at night unfamiliar to property set up. Great apar**ent, comfortable bed, updated nice decor, clean. Bathroom small/tight. Enjoyed the friendly, welcoming, accommodating staff & other guests.

I loved the decor and choices of colors throughout the home. It felt warm and homey. Very friendly people that run the place.

Lovely area and very quiet. The room was very small but the bed was comfortable. The only drawback was the lack of water pressure in our room. Very difficult to get a shower. Breakfast was excellent
