雄山旅館(Majestic Mountain Inn)

stayed for 6 days , breakfast was great. room service was poor 3day ok carpit not very clean, 2 days no service at all and not told ,

Don’t appreciate being charged $268 for a room that was $127 online just because I changed my from style when I arrive shouldn’t be that big of a difference. I talked to the lady in the office but she didn’t seem to care to make it right so I won’t be staying there any longer. Beware don’t change rooms when you arrive because they will tax you.

We liked everything about the property with the exception of parking. In general the parking is ok. However, we were around on the back lot and were not really able to park close to our room. Other than that we really liked the room and the proximity to downtown Payson.

Booked a room for 4 days but could only stay for 2 days. Did advise staff at the hotel about the change in plans with in 24 hours. This change was due to a cancer diagnosis and had to stay in Phoenix for the rest of time. They contacted the owner while I was in the office the day I advised them of the change of plans.They assured me that there would be no problem. Yet when I received the hotel bill it was for 4 days. They blamed ******* and ******* blamed the hotel not giving them information.

I had read good reviews about this property. It was exceptionally clean, adequate hot water and pressure for a good soak in a nice tub. Small in room coffee maker, MW and fridge. The outside stairway was a little shabby with equipment stored around it. The only real complaint I have is that the entrance to the room had little sound barrier so we heard lots of people talking and shutting doors along the outside corridor. Sound was a little more muffled once the guests got into their rooms.

Walls are paper thin. Lots of noise. Had a downstairs unit and could hear the water running upstairs through the walls everytime someone used the shower, toilet or sink. Rooms are dated. Deadbolts didn’t work without putting a ton of pressure on the front and rear doors to get them in place.

Loved this place the first time we stayed… This was our 3rd time and a different room.. We where vary disappointed in the cleanliness of the room… we even found a molding orange by one of the beds!!! It had clearly been there awhile!! First couple times staff was vary friendly.. This stay something was so different all the way around!! It was like no one was happy being there!! Sad for us we thought we found a cute little get away from the valley!!

Very disappointed. We paid a lot to stay here thinking we would get the same level room we got last time. Those rooms were not offered. Our sink was clogged, the coffee maker was broken & leaked out the bottom. Every mirror & the TV screen was dirty. The jacuzzi was smaller than our first stay in the better room. When I reported this to the front office upon checking out there was no apology at all just okay is the response. I could have stayed at a resort for what we paid this hotel.

Nothing “majestic” about this place. Super outdated. The bed caved in the middle. Could barely sleep. The carpet and couch were a dirty brown color. Looks like neither have been cleaned since the place was built. The front desk woman was extremely rude. Will not stay again.
