Check in didn’t explain that a room key is needed for the elevator. Room had a clogged sink and broken toilet seat plus a leaky shower. Floor slippery. Light plug did not work and clock was bright and kept blinking. Noisy rooms. Yelling on hall woke us at 3 am. Good at bistro was good but not open all the time. Staff was courteous!

The heat didn’t work right. The ice machine was broke. I had to ask for xtra towels. There were never any towels by the freezing pool. Just very disappointed overal.

Not a terrible stay but the hotel didn’t seem to maintenance well. Ice maker not working, stopper didn’t work in our drain, toilet made a weird noise when it flushed, and the pool and hot tub appeared to be in need of a good cleaning. The hot tub water was almost green. Not a terrible place to sleep but it seemed as though the hotel was struggling to keep up with the day to day maintenance. Probably won’t return

The service is always great at this hotel especially check in. We have had the same desk clerk the last two times we have stayed and she is super friendly and helpful.

Ive stayed at this hotel several times. The staff is always friendly and the hotel is nice. I love the location.

The hotel is modern and clean. The beds are super comfortable. The only issue was having to go to the front desk to get pool towels. We had to request washcloths and towels as well as toilet paper. Area is safe and the location is excellent.

Perfect location for visiting family in Maceo. Clean, excellent staff, but breakfast is not included. Bummer!

Shower leaked water thru glass doors on the floor in bathroom. Small refrigerator not real cold.

The hotel was clean and staff friendly, but we requested a handicap room due to my husband being disabled. I took pictures of the bathroom, which speaks for itself. The tub didn't drain very well and the had a tile marble seat, which is slippery and the dispensers are away from the seat, which is almost impossible to reach with his leg off. Very disappointed in this. Also, toliet was wobbly. Not good for an amputee!
