車站附近,舒適,乾淨,舒適的空間,等離子集羣空氣清潔,放鬆的牀,我對良好的性價比感到滿意。我將再次使用它。

Hôtel confortable avec des chambres que, pour le Japon, on peut considérer comme grandes. Les chambres sont munies de tout le nécessaire, et rien ne manque. Nombreuses prises et WIFI. Salle de bain en cabine comme souvent au Japon, avec une marche assez haute (marchepied à disposition). Très bon petit déjeuner avec un grand choix (américain, européen, japonais, chinois). Plusieurs restaurants de niveaux variés. Situé à 7 minutes à pied de la gare de Jûsô qui vous permet d'avoir accès à l'ensemble du réseau train-métro d'Osaka.

位於距離阪急十三約５分鐘的愛情酒店街。酒店本身是不是剛裝修過還是挺好的。房間乾淨寬敞々,廁所和浴室分開,像溫泉旅館。附近也有便利店,很方便。早餐是商務酒店常見的自助早餐,有酒水,*烤,捲心菜等々份。因爲是日冕禍,櫃檯沒有員工,入住/退房都是自己做的。另外,酒店提供的地區通用優惠券在房間裏。因爲沒有顯示任何東西,所以每個人都在Interphone上聽。爲了方便理解,如果用大紙張做的話,每次員工都不用對應接口電話,覺得很尷尬。

目前為止唯一要吐槽的酒店，上回京都的阪急給我很好的印象，結果大阪的阪急讓我有點着急。 空間侷促大箱子沒地兒打開，衹能上床開箱，這點我也算能理解吧，誰讓這邊繁華呢，是吧... 但是床品我真的要吐槽一下，是我孤陋寡聞了嗎，為什麼被罩衹有一個又窄又小的床單布和外頭的被子隔着，被套不是純棉的，滌綸的，感覺不是一客一換，反正心裏膈應的很。睡覺也不可能蓋着不動吧，一動就會碰到外頭的被子，碰到了又膈應，搞得那幾天我的睡相都變好了...

看評價説酒店如何難找，懷着忐忑的心從JR站中央口二出來，根據大家的經驗分享，往中央南口方向走，看到大丸百貨的指示標，先坐大丸百貨電梯到一樓，然後到對面一幢樓裏坐酒店的電梯直達19樓，就是酒店的前台了。很幸運一步路也沒走錯，很感謝點評裏的好心人！酒店工作人員服務很好，還幫忙推行李到房間，房間定的標準雙床房，不大但是兩個28的行李箱打開沒問題，房間很乾凈，衞生做的很到位，分配的23層，窗外風景很贊，樓下還能看到火車站，但是隔音一流，幾乎沒有噪音。唯一的缺點就是酒店沒有提供小童洗漱用品和拖鞋。酒店周邊商場都離的很近，幾分鐘可以步行到，非常便利。另外酒店還提供機場大巴的行走路線和時刻表，幾分鐘就可以步行到。由於是機場大巴的起始站，所以人很少，第二站阪急酒店門口人非常多，可能會滿坐要等下一輛的風險。所以最好在herbis 這裏坐車比較好。梅田雖好，但我下次可能還是想住在心齋橋附近，好像還是喜歡更有煙火氣的地方哈哈！

I've stayed at luxury to mid-range properties around the world including recent stays at the Prince Gallery Tokyo, Ritz-Carlton Tokyo, Ritz-Carlton Toronto, JW Marriott Hong Kong. This review also follows a recent stay at the Prince Gallery Tokyo where the standards were exceptionally high. I haven't reviewed them yet but will do so shortly. Japan is known for its warm hospitality and careful attention to detail. At high-end hotels, they go over the top particularly to make your experience a unique one, so when you're paying $700+/night for the Ritz you expect high standards. Especially when every luxury hotelier in Tokyo has said the RC Osaka was just recently awarded its 5* My guest journey starts off rocky and torpedoes downhill. Check-In 1 - it's been raining in Osaka all day and we walked into the hotel from the outside. No one to greet us or take our luggage. Not a single person to be found. 2 - I'm soaking wet and struggling to find the check-in lobby. I must've seen 3 staff members look at me and not offer help or ask if I need any assistance. 3 - I finally find the check-in lobby where it's a giant zoo and RC staff directing traffic like its 5pm at Shibuya crossing. An absolute loud mess. I'm still soaking wet with my glasses and both pieces of luggage, and a staff member asks me if I'm checking in or checking out. What??? 0 attention to detail right there. Anyway, she directs me to wait in line. 4 - At the RC Tokyo & Prince Gallery Tokyo and any luxury hotel that operates like one (e.g., Four Seasons), takes your luggage and ask for your name. By the time you make it to check-in, they greet you by name and help you get settled in. If you book a room on the club floor, they ask if you'd like to check-in there privately. Yes I booked a Club Room, and so I waited about 10 minutes dripping wet before asking someone if I could please check-in via the Club Lounge. 5 - We're making our way to the Club Lounge, with the attendant dragging our luggage along the way which makes lots of noise. 6 - Finally check-in with no problems. The Room 7 - I understand that this is a Victorian-style property and some of the room and structure might be dated. But I can't believe that the bathtub is something from a Residence Inn or Courtyard Marriott. The shower is equally not up to par with the RC brand. 8 - Toiletries. I'm not sure if this is RC making a push for sustainability, but soap, shampoo, and conditioner are given to guests in large bottle format, again like at a Residence Inn or Courtyard Marriott, instead of small individual bottles. Not a big deal, but just not up to par with other luxury hotels or RC standards across Japan. What if someone spit in there? Back to the lounge

這酒店距離車站只需步行2分鐘，很方便。前台員工到清潔姐姐都很有禮貌。設施新淨因2020年才啟用，很多細節設施都有加分。由於該區不屬於商旅核心區域，還以為房間會大一些，但實際上仍偏細。我住的是3人房，相對已經大一丟丟。温泉每天的開放時間足足有20小時，無限次數，喜歡的可浸到甩皮，設在頂樓所以也不大，男女獨立區域，各設室內浸池及室外獨立浸缸4個，濕及乾蒸房，非常好。另浸完温泉可在頂樓空中花園溜達欣賞景色。酒店四周雖沒景點，但貼連商店街，吃喝食店超市便利店百円店均在身邊。價錢則很合理，唯一未能評分的是酒店餐飲因沒試用過。也不像Dormy有免費拉麵提供。如果住過梅田難波天王寺心齋橋道頓堀這類繁忙區域的話，建議可於旅程中撥2天住這裡，會有更放鬆感覺。

櫃檯在18樓，服務人員都非常親切！中文/英文都可以很輕鬆的溝通☺️ 這次安排我們五天四夜的房間在14樓，窗外就是街景，車流量蠻大的，還以為晚上會被噪音吵醒，結果非常安靜呢！隔音這點非常值得一提！ 空間部分，我們帶了兩大一小的行李箱，完全可以敞開，我男友說這是他來日本第一次住這麼大、價格也很合理的飯店😍有浴缸、微波爐、電磁爐、洗衣機真的太棒了！ 旅行五天後回台灣，也不用帶著穿過有味道的衣服，我們睡前丟衣服進去洗，一起床就乾了！洗衣機也沒有太大的聲音，所以可以洗了就睡也有烘乾功能！真的超讚🥹🥹 這間還是我下次去日本的第一首選😍😍😍

地理位置還不錯，不過去地鐵站公交站多少要走個十分鐘（在國內會覺得這點路很正常，但來了日本發現地鐵上蓋、巴士站隔壁的酒店實在太多可選）。 房間整潔乾淨，服務合適，早餐可選不多但也算小而精。 就是旅店的感覺，不會出錯但太貴真的不太值得（我們淡季1200-1350一晚的價格多少點心痛，之前考慮交通方便，但這個價位選旅店還有很多更方便的）。 不建議選大床房因為床墊真的很一般，一邊翻個身另一邊馬上能感受到彈跳。還是雙床穩妥點。

服務很好👍！房間緊湊，一個人倒是夠了。跟房間相比，衞生間倒是寬裕的很。衞生很好，早餐一般。健身房在負一樓，空間略小，稍顯擁擠。酒店提供免費shuttle 到地鐵站（Shin Osaka）。機靈一點的，首次去酒店辦入住時，如果是在新大阪站出站，看到帶有Holiday Inn綠標的白色麪包車，可以跟司機確認一下是不是到Holiday Inn&Suits Shin Osaka，司機就可以給你順到酒店了，雖然衹有一公里的路程
