This was definitely a great choice for vacation!!. It was home away from home!!. Very spacious rooms, great amenities, the units were very clean and the staff was very professional!!. I definitely enjoyed the ocean view!!

We loved our stay! The TV at the room wouldn't turn on, but it was fixed with in minutes. Definitely will come back.

Love this place everytime I come,

My family and I loved this property. We attended for four days and did not want to leave! It was very clean & all of the staff members were very nice and helpful. They offered every service inside the hotel itself (bars, 2 pools, restaurant, grocery store) and more. Including the free passes you got to venues around the area. I highly recommend this spot to vacation and have already booked next years stay.

We stayed for a week and loved it. The grounds and hotel are well maintained. I enjoyed the meals I had at the Marketplace and liked that I could grab snacks on the fly if I wanted. It’s also walking distance of a grocery store and there are tons of restaurants in walking distance. When we checked in we were told about the time share presentation but we said weren’t interested. We took advantage of the free mini golf but the greens aren’t well maintained so if you want a better mini golf experience go to one of the bigger mini golf places. It was fine for killing some time on a cloudy day. They did tell us our cleaning day was on Tuesday but we had to go to the concierge desk and ask to have them clean when it hadn’t been done by 2:30pm. They did try again to get us to go to the presentation but we said no and that was that. Overall we had an amazing experience - the amenities are wonderful and we had the relaxing vacation we were hoping for.

BEWARE OF BED BUGS Highly disappointed in this four-star resort. Wanted to celebrate my birthday weekend somewhere different and TikTok led me to choose this hotel. I specifically chose this hotel to dodge the one thing I was trying to avoid, BED BUGS. It had not even been the first night of our stay. My partner and I were awakened to bed bugs and bites found in our room crawling on our pillows on the seventh floor of this hotel. What was SURPRISING to us is that the lady at front desk called for an inspection of the room and maintenance barely checked the sheets. The guy literally said “I didn’t find anything.” Which was a complete lie. We returned to our hotel to grab our belongings and spotted a BIGGER bed bug crawling on the wall. My partner and I were just in shock. I immediately called the front desk, they came up to our room and “all of a sudden” believed what we were trying to tell them the first time to be true. The second room we were given wasn’t any better. The 27th floor had an amazing view, but we just were disgusted to sleep in this bed as well. When we checked the sheets for this room we were horrified to see stains on the sheets and dried blood on the mattress we slept on. Completely traumatized, we didn’t get any sleep the following night and ended up sleeping on the couch for the remainder of our stay. This was by far the worst Hilton Grand vacation club experience I’ve ever experienced and the worst way to kick off a celebration.

Great location and rooms were spacious and clean. The only complaint I had is the air conditioning only works if the patio door is locked so if I wanted to go sit on the balcony for a couple hours, when I would come back into the room, it was very stuffy.
