我喜歡這個索菲特酒店的前提是:溫泉池(有瀑布和漩渦),桑拿浴,蒸汽浴以及休息室都是免費對旅客開放的。旅館的位置非常好,我有兩次一日往返游都是從這家酒店隔壁的火車站開始的。一次是去達豪集中營,一次是穿越阿爾卑斯山去奧地利的因斯布魯克。雖然就在火車站隔壁單我從來沒聽到過火車的喧鬧聲,所以別為此擔心。雖然沒吃過提供的早餐,但餐館的晚餐和酒吧的飲料都很不錯。我們強烈推薦索菲特-慕尼黑巴亞普斯特酒店。

Had a great stay at Roomers. It was certainly different, but that is the vibe they are going for. I had great interactions with the front desk. Staff was very friendly at the bar and breakfast. Had dinner at Izakaya and there were some dishes we really loved. The spicy tuna roll was a stand out. There were some dishes that were so so. I definitely recommend checking this restaurant out if you are staying at the hotel. We went all out and racked up a $320 euro bill for 2 and left completely stuffed. It's nice that you are ordering small dishes and can try lots of things. The room was comfortable and stylish. I enjoyed the bed lighting and their Bluetooth speaker had excellent sound. No chrome cast but could screen mirror for the TV. Great bathroom with rain shower. Mattress was towards the firm side and there is room for improvement on their pillows. The one big negative is the water situation. I drink a lot of water to stay hydrated when traveling. After housekeeping came by on the 2nd night I noticed no waters were given. Mistakes happen so I go down to the bar to grab 2 waters for the room and was greeted with a $16 EUR check with the waters. I asked the front desk where I'm able to get free water as I assumed it was my mistake for just going to the bar. I was informed free water is only provided at checkin. I've stayed on remote islands and 2 star hotels and have always been provided free water instead of having to drink from the tap in a foreign country. I urge management to change this philosophy in the future. Provide water fill up stations on the floors if it's an environmental reason. There are things to nickel and dime customers on but this is not one of them.

酒店位置很好，就在火車站對面，但是周圍環境就很一般，有點土耳其人和黑人聚居地的意思，不過德國治安還是不錯的，衹要不是半夜三更單獨出門應該是沒什麼好擔心的。周圍沒什麼好的餐廳，基本上都在酒店裡解決。房間不大，但是服務什麼的都不錯，游泳池人也很少。衹是酒店結賬非常混亂，會各種多收錢，一定要自己檢查清楚賬單，還要弄清楚預授權的實際操作。這次就多收了我們一份房費，當天我們在前台直接要求退回了，結果回國後發現又多扣掉了預授權，通過攜程來回溝通了好幾周，最後也沒解決清楚，是攜程自己賠付了我們多扣的費用。以後出國的酒店都會盡量通過攜程來訂啦，哪怕比國外的有的平台價格高點也沒關係，畢竟出了問題都能給認真的解決。不像國外的一些預訂網站，有問題根本找不到解決的方式，沒人回覆

We spent a weekend there in June 2023, Friday through Sunday. Location: right next to a shopping mall (Riem Arcaden) with supermarkets and food places among many others. Parking: shared parking with shopping mall, designated elevator to the hotel lobby. Parking fee 20 to 25 euros per night. Overall impression: clean, light, modern. Check in and check out: fast and polite. Room: average size, very clean, small bathroom. We paid 75 euros per night per room (two people) and for this rate everything was as good as or even better than expected. One issue: no door bolt / security latch! In total we give four and a half stars for the hotel. We would have given five stars if there had been a door bolt and some smiles from the front desk staff as we walked by. Restaurant: Evening service one star / breakfast service four stars. We wanted to have dinner at the restaurant. My son ordered a Schnitzel which was half the size it used to be before covid (we used to stay at this hotel 3 times a year up until 2020). He was still hungry afterwards. The Schnitzel cost 28 euros. I am coeliac and often encounter problems finding food in German restaurants. I spoke to a very friendly waiter about it who was trying to be helpful but failed miserably (not his fault). He had no idea what gluten-free meant and he wasn't fluent in German nor English. He went to the kitchen and came back with some information. Not good enough. Went back to the kitchen and came back with some more information. Still not entirely helpful. There was a side order of vegetables on the menue with a dish. I asked if I could just get a side order of plain vegetables. No, I couldn't. It was not a matter of pricing, the waiter just didn't understand what I wanted from him and kept running back to the kitchen to ask but there didn't seem anybody available to deal with my request. I decided not to eat and ordered just a small non-alcoholic wine. Got a large one instead (was only charged for a small one but they couldn't get this right either). To summarize: my son and I were the only people in the restaurant. One might wonder why. We tried to order four items in total: Schnitzel, coke, side order of veggies, non-alcoholic wine. They failed on two out of four. The restaurant really deserves zero stars from us, however, we feel one star should go to the waiter who really tried hard and remained friendly throughout! Breakfast service started out just as bad. Upon check in I had asked if they offered gluten-free options and I was told it would not be a problem. First, however, it was. The first check in lady (younger) I spoke to was in training but didn't get help from somebody experienced. She just pointed me to the two gluten-free items offered in the buffet area but couldn't not answer my questions as to whether any bread could be warmed up for me in the kitchen. Stayed here with my family (2 sons, 11 and 13.) The hotel was very kid friendly- my kids were greeted and they had a play area (with a video game) and a few games for the room. The location was great- about a 5 min walk to the Deutsches Museum and about 15 walk to Marienplatz, but seemed to be off the beaten tourist path. The area felt very safe, and there was a small mall next door that had 2 grocery stores in it (great for simple meals!). It also had a subway stop (Rosenheimer Platz), where all the main lines stopped. The room itself was great. My kids enjoyed the free minibar (but I was told this was being discontinued.) The pool was nice- the kids loved it! It is smaller than it looks in the pictures and was too cold for me. The bathroom was nice- the toilet is separate from the shower/sink/tub area. The sink area had the best lighting of any hotel bathroom I've ever stayed in. Plenty of hot water, and my kids were amused that there was a TV speaker in the shower area. If we return to Munich, we would definitely stay here again!

The list of positives is too expansive to list individually. Just accept, this is one excellent hotel in a very culturally diverse setting near the main train station.

I'm really conflicted about this hotel, in some ways it's a great hotel and in others not so much. I'll start with check in, I booked a ”Queen bed” which to me means bigger than double especially as there is an option for just a double. so had to pay to upgrade to a ”executive room” which had the bigger bed, so another €60 on to our bill, but was discounted from €90. room was big, bed was very big and very comfortable. had to ask for a kettle (had a coffee machine but no kettle) had a minibar so a fridge which the first room didn't have even tho website says a minibar. all rooms have balconies but no furniture out there so I had to ask for chairs, also dont think the balconies have been cleaned in a while, i left foot prints in the dust. bathroom was old and needs refurbishment, shower pressure is rubbish, water drains very slowly and bath has all gone rusty. our first room was right next to the second room and overlooked some car park but then right next to it is a factory and then behind that some excavation work is taking place, the 1st night all was quiet as it was Easter but the second night from 3.30am lorries with there reversing noises where going on and that night the factory noise went on till almost 10pm. this is not the hotels fault- but if booking a room I would ask for a different location for room. breakfast was beautiful, everything u would want, all presented lovely and u could have omlette made to order. we used the resturant the 1st night, the food was very nice but very expensive- but we later found out this is how Germany is. Husband used the gym- mini gym as they call it and it is mini but it kept him happy for an hour. pool is a added bonus but pictures make it look bigger than it is, Sadly it was far too cold for me to get in and the steam/sauna are only turned on at certain times and we missed the time slot but they both looked good sizes. all the staff we came across, from reception, to restaurant and breakfast staff and especially the cleaners were lovely, very polite and helpful if u have any questions or requests. we would stay here again if it was the original price for the larger bed and if we had a different room location.

兩年前這個週末我住過這家酒店。當時我本想發表評論(但我忘了!)。無論如何,我會徹底推薦這家酒店作爲在慕尼黑住宿的地方。房價非常划算(當我訪問時)。房間很大,乾淨整潔,工作人員非常友好和樂於助人。週邊緊鄰的不怎麼漂亮。認爲功能性。但是很安全,隔壁有一家大型超市。只要你做研究,並意識到這不是市中心的位置,這是一個很好的選擇。慕尼黑的公共交通是優秀的。酒店旁邊有電車站/終點站,還有公交站(幾分鐘內會帶您到地鐵站)。進城(有轉車)只要大概20/25分鐘。從機場乘公共交通工具也很容易到達(如果你計劃的話)。

酒店擁有您作爲遊客所需的舒適設施。您距離慕尼黑Hbf僅一個街區,所以帶着行李步行到酒店沒問題。離火車站近對我來說至關重要,因爲我在乘坐幾次火車旅行時使用慕尼黑作爲基地。前台工作人員樂於助人,對講非常差德語的人來說很容易。房間按歐洲標準來說很大,很舒服。健身中心可以接受。你大概要走4-5長城街區才能到達Neuhauser街和主要購物區(再走3個街區到Marienplatz),所以如果你介意步行的話,也許不適合你,但我沒有問題。幾間餐館在步行距離內(儘管不是很好的用餐)和阿爾迪的隔壁。一方面,很高興看到附近一個非常多樣化的地區,但也有一些素描人物,但沒有遇到真正的問題(儘管有一些奇怪的視覺,我不會分享)。早餐非常好,我一般在吃午飯甚至不是需要或考慮。總的來說,非常值得。

每次來慕尼黑就住這個酒店，離中心火車站很近，走路5分鐘。離瑪利亞廣場和英國花園都不遠，步行到達。每次都住這裏的原因還有一個是工作人員很好，很熱情，在疫情最開始人心惶惶的時候也對我這位中國人熱情接待。早餐包含在房費裏，挺豐盛，這個酒店性價比很高。房間很乾凈，電吹風需要就問前台要。就是房間有點小，但是這不算是問題。

If you are looking for a place with a similar price range and location, I highly recommend Aloft over Mercure. Location: close to Munich central station, but you can hear people screaming and yelling at night. Be careful walking on the street late. Staff: front desk staffs are not very welcoming but the attitude was acceptable. Other staffs are friendly. The two hotlines of the 24-hour manager and front desk never worked during my stay; no one answered on either line. Room: you can feel it's old. Although the room is in great condition, you can still feel its ”oldness.” The shower room has only half door, which is a weird design because you can splash water everywhere after showering and make a mess. The air conditioner and heater did not work. I tried to call the staff to help, but no one answered. And due to the malfunction of the air conditioner, the air was not circulated and felt very stuffy. The old room smell was getting stronger since there was no air conditioning.

We were given a room directly above the dumpsters. When we turned our fan on to cool off the room, we were greeted with the lovely odor of rotting garbage. Staff said they were change your room, but here we are the second night with the stinky garbage and smoke from the restaurant below. This is by far the worst hotel stay I have had in a very long time. Noisy, smelly and a staff that could care less.

我和妻子於2019年12月12日在慕尼黑入住了Hotel Antares,酒店位置還不錯但不是很好,酒店很乾淨,大部分工作人員彬彬有禮。工作人員不能或不願意對酒店、地鐵、餐廳、景點等以外的任何東西給予任何建議或幫助...最要記住的是房間大小,我們定的是標準雙人間,而且很小!他們確實給你的房間面積,所以沒有欺騙;但是記住傢俱佔據了大部分空間,以至於我們的牀在牀頭和牀的左邊是靠牆的。另外,他們要求您離開酒店時把房間鑰匙放在辦公桌前,我們發現這有點奇怪。當我們回到慕尼黑時,我們會在離市中心更遠的酒店住到地鐵方便;價格更低,更方便。

I really haven't got a bad word to say about this hotel. The rooms are at the top of a block of flats, so the views across the park are fantastic. Being in the Olympic Park, I assumed the hotel would be dated, but it isn't. Very modern and spotlessly clean. It is also very quite here, and there are plenty of shops and small cafes in the complex. Fantastic buffet breakfast to suit all tastes. Our trip from the airport on the S1 was a nightmare, as there was a signal failure, so we had to get a taxi to the hotel. (Apparently this isn't uncommon) A taxi from the airport to the hotel is around 90 Euros. The U3 is a three minute walk from the hotel, and the journey into the city centre is only arond 15 minutes. If I was to visit Munich, I would stay here again.

Good location close to the interstate. Police and fire station nearby. Three underground stations in walking distance. Bus stop over the street. Own parking garage (€15/ngt) which is definitely a pro as free parking around there is kinda non-existent. Rooms are really small, No desk, not even a closet just hangers next to one bedside. Room was very clean, but had damaged light fixture. Breakfast was nice, daily change of ingredients. Love the pancake machine ! Negative was a bad smell in front of the elevators, no bench at the front and they tried to charge me twice for parking.

Hotel staff is nice, room is clean and hotel is located in a nice but quiet area. It’s near the tech companies so good business hotel for employees who travel in for work. It’s about 3 minutes to the nearest subway - just google to KFC, the nearest subway is just next to itZ however it’s not the most convenient subway as the most convenient is the Olympia Einkaufzentrum one as it’s has more connections. There’s a small dishwasher provided so it’s convenient but if you want to wash the dishes manually, there is no dishwashing liquid provided so you have to buy your own. Washers and dryers are located at the basement of the hotel, so not in your room. There’s an app that we have to download to book and pay for the washer and dryer, yes it’s extra charge. No clothes detergent is provided so we have to buy our own - there’s no dispenser at the wash and dry area where one can easily buy the washing detergent. The hotel also doesn’t sell any. We had expected the hotel to at least provide some washing detergent, so don’t get caught without clothes detergent at night, if you plan to wash your clothes at night as the shops are closed after 8 pm… Overall it was a good experience except for the few inconveniences. As a first time visitor to Munich, probably one would want to stay at a location closer to the old town or city area as we found ourselves commuting about half hour every day to the attractions or where we wanted to go.

We spent a weekend there in June 2023, Friday through Sunday. Location: right next to a shopping mall (Riem Arcaden) with supermarkets and food places among many others. Parking: shared parking with shopping mall, designated elevator to the hotel lobby. Parking fee 20 to 25 euros per night. Overall impression: clean, light, modern. Check in and check out: fast and polite. Room: average size, very clean, small bathroom. We paid 75 euros per night per room (two people) and for this rate everything was as good as or even better than expected. One issue: no door bolt / security latch! In total we give four and a half stars for the hotel. We would have given five stars if there had been a door bolt and some smiles from the front desk staff as we walked by. Restaurant: Evening service one star / breakfast service four stars. We wanted to have dinner at the restaurant. My son ordered a Schnitzel which was half the size it used to be before covid (we used to stay at this hotel 3 times a year up until 2020). He was still hungry afterwards. The Schnitzel cost 28 euros. I am coeliac and often encounter problems finding food in German restaurants. I spoke to a very friendly waiter about it who was trying to be helpful but failed miserably (not his fault). He had no idea what gluten-free meant and he wasn't fluent in German nor English. He went to the kitchen and came back with some information. Not good enough. Went back to the kitchen and came back with some more information. Still not entirely helpful. There was a side order of vegetables on the menue with a dish. I asked if I could just get a side order of plain vegetables. No, I couldn't. It was not a matter of pricing, the waiter just didn't understand what I wanted from him and kept running back to the kitchen to ask but there didn't seem anybody available to deal with my request. I decided not to eat and ordered just a small non-alcoholic wine. Got a large one instead (was only charged for a small one but they couldn't get this right either). To summarize: my son and I were the only people in the restaurant. One might wonder why. We tried to order four items in total: Schnitzel, coke, side order of veggies, non-alcoholic wine. They failed on two out of four. The restaurant really deserves zero stars from us, however, we feel one star should go to the waiter who really tried hard and remained friendly throughout! Breakfast service started out just as bad. Upon check in I had asked if they offered gluten-free options and I was told it would not be a problem. First, however, it was. The first check in lady (younger) I spoke to was in training but didn't get help from somebody experienced. She just pointed me to the two gluten-free items offered in the buffet area but couldn't not answer my questions as to whether any bread could be warmed up for me in the kitchen. She walked away with a helpless shrug. Soon, however, a more experienced lady appeared (older than the trainee, short dark hair, glas

Glad im a member lol. Well, started off a bad foot. We arrived 1hr earlier and told rooms aren't ready until 3pm. Check in time. Hmmm ok. Well about 40 people all waiting to check in at 3pm. OMG. Seriously making a huge group wait while the staff of about 6 stood there watching us like it was a Disney rope drop. Didn't offer drinks, coffee or anything. Finally 3pm and the mad rush began. The room is good, the breakfast included is terrific. And worthwhile. A great stay. Clean neat and a bus stop 190 right outside and SBahn 8min walk.
