Ambassador Hotel Milwaukee, Trademark Collection by Wyndham

I stay in Milwaukee regularly and the Ambassador is always a good bet. The architecture is amazing.

This hotel is consistent - clean and quiet. They have a parking garage, elevator was not working this time. I have had the food, not this time, it is good.

Great crew, despite building not being the most modern they put a lot of effort on the presentation.

My boyfriend and I stayed here for summerfest and it was only 1 night but we still enjoyed ourselves in the establishment. I liked that they had a shuttle bus that took us to summerfest and picked us up from there after it was over. The only thing that annoyed us was that the fire detector had low battery so it would beep periodically and it’s a little loud since it’s in a little hotel room.

The hotel was changing over to a Wyndham hotel and there were some snafus. The hotel team handled it all with professionalism and grace.

Great service overall in a beautiful Art Decco scene. Of particular note, the shuttle service was outstanding! Courteous drivers who never had us waiting for a lift longer than a few minutes - at all locations within their 3mi radius. Room was super comfortable and concierge friendly. Neighbourhood not most upscale, but was peaceful. Nothing of note to do in immediate vicinity other than Pabst Mansion, but shuttle service took us to the “action” spots easily - shuttle to Brewers park as well as River Walk downtown. We would return!

Beautiful hotel. Electricity in the room was odd and no extra toiletries stocked (toilet paper). Gate for parking garage wasn't working when I left but staff immediately came to lift it for me. Room was huge and comfortable. Overall it was a great place to spend the weekend and close to all my destinations.

Front desk service was typically very good, particularly Connie who treated you like a guest in her home. The room was also very quiet, except with the storage/service closet next door it would get very loud for a bit around 8:30 each morning.
