鵝卵石套房酒店-美林(Cobblestone Inn & Suites - Merrill)

I travel a lot for work and really enjoyed my stay here. I was only suppose to stay for 2 days and then move on to my next work location. But I decided to stay and travel 50 miles back and forth for work. Everything was great!!!

The breakfast was terrible! The eggs and sausage gravy were COLD!! We’ve stayed there a couple time so we can visit our elderly parents and each time it gets worse.

Toilet is loose and about to break free of its mooring. Heater is so loud we opted to turn it off and open the window (1st floor in late November). Breakfast was dismal. Surprisingly bad considering the reviews that had been left prior to our arrival.

We were in town visiting family. The rooms were clean. The beds were comfortable and it was quiet with the exception of the noise from the heater. Overall everything was fine.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Cobblestone. It was clean, the room had plenty of space for us and our things. The only downside was that we were on the 2nd floor and bringing our bowling equipment upstairs was a little inconvenient as the stairs were fairly steep.

Very pleased with the hotel. We had 7 women with 3 rooms - everyone was happy and satisfied.

Easy commute off hwy. Asked for room near back entrance but was put in middle. Room was cold since heater was off. Desk clerk was difficult to understand

Terrible I booked a handicapped room with a walk in shower, I didn't receive it, they only have one room even tho when I booked the room it stated that's what I was getting but, I got one with a tub and I couldn't take a shower. And the hotel agent basically said too bad, he was difficult to understand and when I had him call the hotel's owner he did not speak in English but, Indian south Asia so I couldn't understand what he was saying. I would never again stay there or recommend it to anyone. The staff and owner were rude and unhelpful. Plus the handicapped room I had was almost to the end of hotel's hall and closest exit in case of an emergency was not handicapped accessible.

Overall was really great! Customer service was beyond my expectations and absolutely excellent! The gentleman that worked the evening of 10/11/23 was just a pleasure! We travel home from Green Bay every 5wks so we will definitely be back!
