I love when I don’t have to complete a bunch of paperwork at checkin but was quick and staff was friendly. Room was good.

The hotel was super clean & the staff was very nice & professional. I stayed at a newer hotel in town before this & by far, the Holiday Inn was the better choice. Breakfast has a good variety & was really good.

The beds are not the greatest but it was clean

Very nice hotel, but if you are going to book using ********** or other, I would suggest going elsewhere. I booked a one night stay over the weekend using **********. When I checked in, they did not go over any of my room details. I got to my room and they gave me a smaller room with two queen beds. Not a king bed room like requested. I inquired and the hotel blamed **********. So I called **********, talked to the complaint dept. they called the hotel and the hotel would not take the blame. ********** and I both had documentation to support my room details. They didn't care. ********** was kind enough to give me a credit on my account. Holiday Inn Express did nothing!

Nice white, clean bedding, nice big bathroom, comfortable bed, 4 pillows on the bed, everything was in working order, from hair dryer to refrigerator. Breakfast was very good, especially the coffee and pancakes.

Courteous staff. Quiet, comfortable room. Easy location.

This is a great hotel, well run, and everyone is very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast is always good.
