水晶海岸萬豪酒店(Marriott's Crystal Shores)

Nous en rêvions depuis que nous sommes propriétaires Marriott - il est très difficile d'y avoir de la place - et nous avons été très déçus ! Tout d'abord, nous avions réservé un "Gulf Front" et j'avais demandé un étage élevé et loin de l'ascenseur, le service de "pre-arrival" m'avait indiqué "Please keep in mind that we cannot guarantee requests, but we will certainly do our best." En arrivant la personne du check-in nous a attribué la chambre 403, soit le 2éme étage / 14 juste en face de l'ascenseur :-( en m'indiquant que mon type de réservation était pour un "lower floor". Devant ma surprise elle m'a demandé comment j'avais réservé, réponse : avec des MVC Points, elle m'a dit "Ah ok, let me check what I can do", "ok, ok", "May be", "I have to confirm with my manager" ... 2 minutes plus tard "Sorry, we have no avaibility for a higher floor but you have a gulf front !" ... normal j'avais payé pour !!! --＞ Première grosse déception ! Ensuite, l'ascenseur desservant l'appartement est aussi malheureusement celui qui donne accès à la plage --＞ attente assez longue --＞ déception De plus, l'appartement a été redécoré (avec goût il faut l'avouer) mais ils ont oublié de repeindre les murs --＞ déception encore ! Sans parler de l'odeur forte de moisi se dégageant de la salle de bains de la Master Bedroom nous obligeant à toujours fermer la porte --＞ déception ! Enfin, travaux de peinture entraînant la fermeture de la piscine pour enfants (Grotto Pool) --＞ tous les enfants dans les 2 autres piscines ! Mais comment peut-on faire ce style de travaux la semaine où tous les américains sont en vacances !?? Pour finir, aucun service, conciergerie uniquement intéressé par vous vendre des activités ou vous faire participer à la réunion de présentation, sans parler du Market Place de 10m2 pour une résidence de plus de 200 chambres --＞ merci le 7/11 en face ! En résumé, je suis complètement d'accord avec Tara C. et Brian H. et le Crystal Shore ne vaut que pour sa situation exceptionnelle (mais sûrement pas à 800$/nuit), nous ne reviendrons pas !

We were at Crystal Shores for only 3 days but plan to return for a longer stay. The point value for owners is a little more for a stay here but it’s well worth it. The property itself is beautiful, updated and spotlessly immaculate. The villas have large lanais with lots of comfortable furniture to relax and enjoy the view. Two of pools have lovely ocean views and there’s hot tubs and all the Marriott usual amenities. The staff is helpful and attentive; check-in was very efficient! The beach is steps from the property and has countless activities available for families. Marco Island is full of great restaurants and shopping. (Naples is nearby too.) We will return here- highly recommend this MVC.

We actually stayed next door at The Charter Club, but Crystal Shores need to know that their blasting pool music is beyond not cool. It's really annoying, actually, so ffs turn it down, will ya? We stopped in for some pizza to see what the fuss was all about. Hardly anyone in the outdoor space and the entertainer had her stuff so loud we couldn't have a conversation. Please stop trying to create a party a**osphere on an island that prides itself on calm relaxation.

This place use to be nice and clean. Our room wasn’t ready at 4pm for check in. We stayed on the beach. Came to room around 8-9pm after sunset. And when kids went to Shower the shower would not drain. It would feel up with cloudy water. We called and some took an hour to come and when they come they couldn’t even fix it. They poured acid into it and still would not drain. Water was up to your ankles. This is how you get bacteria on your feet. Management was rude and didn’t care about the issue. We asked if we can have a 1 hour later check out and they said no. It took them 2 hours of trying to fix it and kids couldn’t shower right away to go to sleep and we can’t get 1 hour later check out. Management here would have made sure we were happy. We would not be staying here going forward. We have been bonvoy members for 10 years and this is unacceptable. I would not recommend this place going forward!

What a wonderful resort! We loved the accomodations and the location. It is close to alot of restaurants and shopping. We will definitely be back. They went above and beyond with keeping us happy. It was 97% full but were able to accomodate all our needs. Rooms are updated and facility is beautiful!

Got back last night from a 5 night stay with family at Crystal Shores. First time here and we loved it. Enough activities to keep the kids happy. Pools are heated to a perfect temp. The beach is beautiful. The staff was friendly and helpful. Resort was well kept. Great location also. We stayed in a 2 br with a gulf view. The unit was very tastefully decorated in a modern style. Kitchen was great, clean and well equipped. The balcony!!! Amazing huge balcony off the living area with table chairs and 2 lounges. We were on the 6th floor of the Osprey Tower. The bedroom with 2 queens is definitely tight, but manageable. Master is a decent size with great bathroom, 2 sinks and wonderful shower. No tub in master, and also its own balcony, just smaller than the main balcony. The towel situation worked out well. We called daily to exchange towels. Left dirty ones outside the door and they were replaced with clean ones in a bag. The elevator situation… we were informed ahead of time about the servicing of the elevators. They allowed used of the staff elevator as an alternative, which worked well for us. Also the grotto pool and slide were only available on one day of our stay… again, we were informed of that ahead of time. Pool chairs were plentiful in early to mid morning but around noon time, there was no chairs available. Again, not unusual for resorts like this. The food and drink we got on property was very good. However if you need something from the market place… good luck with that. It’s basically non existent. Ive stayed in a lot of marriott time shares. Never encountered a marketplace like this. No coffee, and very little to choose from. Maybe they determined there is not much need here for it. And there is also a 7-11 across the street. But if you’re looking for the convenience of an onsite marketplace, you will not find it here.

Difficult to judge accurately since elevators were out quite often! We were on the 12th floor and too high use the stairways. The staff elevators were usually being used by service personnel, either maids or other service people. Very inconvenient.
