Great place to stay. Very nicely presented and good value. Only downside is there may be not much hot water if you want a shower…

Been here few days ago for a business trip and the experience is amazing, the spacious and secured parking, well mannered staffs, the delicious and very affordable foods @ their resto (love their coffee americano and filipino favorite dishes), complete amenities, perfect for family relaxation if you want to unwind from the very noisy and traffic city, and a very good place to conduct any business related activity.

Delicious food served at their restaurant! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A great balance of hotel elegance and homestyle flavors. 👌🏻 Perhaps the highest compliment i can give - Naubos ko! 🍽😋 —- Also, saw their staff brainstorming and tasting more food choices to include in their menu. This speaks of high attention to detail and pursuit to further improve. Looking forward to come back as they beef up their menu with more options!

This is the best place to stay in Manaoag or if you plan to visit nearby towns. Room is clean, service is excellent, staff is always smiling, including security, front desk, housekeeping and f&b staff in Mana restaurant. All hotel staff should be like them. Excellent service! will definitely stay again.

Very good modern hotel, done out very tastefully and with lovely staff. It has a good location in the town center, close to the iconic church shrine, and places to eat and small shops. The free parking is another plus, as is the diligent and professional security. Filipino breakfast also very nice. The WiFi is fast and TV choices OK. Just one thing is letting it down - if you are looking for a nice hot shower late at night or early in the morning, forget it. There does not seem to be any hot water at those times, and it’s lukewarm at best for the remainder. We asked about that, but received non-commital reply that everything was running ok and the maintenance staff was on day off on a Sunday. If we wanted they would give us a bucket of hot water to wash with. Sorry, but guests paying for a hotel like this, which isn’t a budget outfit, expect hot water. Maybe it’s trying to save money I don’t know (some sort of system can be heard running around 5 in the morning and warm water is on tap around an hour or two later). But either way, would only return again if that issue is fixed. So, great place with a bit of an issue with its hot water. Its excellent staff ensure a high score, despite its shortcomings which are definitely a management / ownership issue.

big ,clean rooms, delicious food at their resto, strong pressure of water with hot and cold , has a very friendly and accomodating staff .. ps.: try their aligue rice and choco-banana balls for dessert! our hotel experienced was superved!

The hotel was modern and close to establishments and chapel. The room was enormous and elegant. The food in their restaurant was sumptuous. The staffs were warm to their clients. Will definitely come back.

Clean, Quiet and Friendly! The room we stayed is very cozy and they amazing and delicious food, highly recommended! 💯 Facilities are very well-maintained. Very good location especially for church goers. Looking forward to stay here again.❤️
