The room I reserved and prepaid for was given to someone else. They put me in a lesser room. The AC/Heating unit was somewhat loud and constantly cycling making sleeping interrupted.

This room was not great and I won’t be staying there ever again. There was a lounge chair that had some sort of white crusty stain on the arm, and I don’t even want to imagine what it was. When we went to go to sleep we noticed a long dark hair on the pillow, so who knows if they even changed the sheets. The bathtub looked as if it hadn’t been cleaned either. The carpet was really dirty too, I’ve stayed here in the past and it was fine but it seems as if the quality has declined.

Our Grandma lives in a retirement home behind this hotel so it was very nice for being quite walkable to a variety of different amenities. Sadly due to holidays we were not able to partake in their normal breakfast but there was a table of morning snacks. Pool was small but clean. Very pet friendly which was our primary reason for staying there. This will be our “go to” hotel for any Lloydminster trips in the future.

The room was tight and not very spacious. The bathroom was also very tight and had no hooks or anything to hang clothes. Great facilities and services like the swimming pool, free breakfast, microwave, mini fridge etc.

Room was older and small, crammed entrance way and bathroom. Was clean-ish, aside from the used earplug that was still on the floor. Beds and pillows weren’t very comfy. One reason we booked there was for the breakfast included, then learn as we’re checking in that breakfast on Christmas Eve is the choice of a few pastries, coffee and yogurt.. wasn’t overly impressed. Pool water was cold. We won’t be back unfortunately.
