Muy bello todo, pero se escucha mucho el ruido de las otras habitaciones. El desayuno delicioso y me ayudaron haciéndolo gluten free

We stayed here after having flight issues and needed a place to stay for 1 night. The staff was extremely accommodating after finding out we had spent the previous night at the airport and worked quickly to prepare 2 rooms for us in the morning. The food is excellent and we were very pleased with our room. The hotel is very new and we enjoyed the pool area and workout room. Would definitely recommend staying here!

I stayed here because of it's proximity to Liberia Airport so I could rest for a night before traveling again the next day. If you're wondering why there are so few reviews, the hotel opened just 1 month ago. I took a taxi for 10 dollars to the hotel. The food is excellent, the rooms are very clean with full amenities. A little smaller than rooms in the US, but perfectly fine. Breakfast is complementary and very good. Nice outdoor dining and pool area. Friendly staff. I'll stay again when I return to Liberia to catch my flight again.

My stay at this new hotel was based on its proximity to the Airport and the free shuttle. My stay was extremely disappointing. A brief summary- I was stranded at the airport for an hour after calling to confirm pickup the day before. When I called the receptionist, she mentioned she was unaware of pickup but would send someone..after waiting another 30 minutes, I called the hotel twice and no one would answer the phone. Luckily, a guy with a location transportation company who was at the airport, asked me who I was waiting for....he said he knew the driver...made a called and I was picked up within minutes. The driver for the hotel stated that he was unaware that I was coming...."No one told him". When I arrived at the hotel, there were several employees standing at the Front desk talking amongst themselves. I wanted to share my experience with the Manager. I was told by the Front desk clerk that the Manager would contact me that day...4 days later and no one as reached out. There was random hair in my bed when I arrived and the Housekeeping was hit or miss with cleaning my room. Overall beautiful property, close proximity to the airport, the pool was nice , however I cannot confidently recommend staying here. It was a negative experience during my holiday trip.

Hotel nuevo. Muy limpio. Amigable con perros. Son incomodas las puertas con control de acceso al área de piscina. Check inn lento, los datos de todos los huéspedes se pueden solicitar en el momento de la reserva. Tendrá sentido la firma de todos los huéspedes?

La estadía estuvo muy bien todo muy limpio personal muy amable buen desánimo lo único fue el internet que no me pude conectar con el apellido y el número de abitacion

Instalaciones excelentes, hermoso hotel, su personal muy atento y servicial, algo que rescato muy importante es que siempre están sonrientes.

No había agua en el 5to piso, no había muy buenas opciones de desayuno , el restaurante 1 hora esperando y nunca llegó la comida , tuvimos que ir a comer al Hilton

This new hotel is the perfect place to stay when arriving or departing from the Liberia airport. The staff--special shootout to Daniel--are friendly, professional, helpful, and multilingual. The hotel is clean and well decorated. The pool and bar area provides a comfortable place to relax. The fitness room is clean, cool, and has sufficient equipment to get in a good workout or stretch. The rooms are small with comfortable beds. I will stay at the Hampton Inn Guanacaste again!
