I was charged twice for one night’s stay by an incompetent night clerk

Not as expected. Lobby had glass barrier at check in, looked like an old movie. Property is old and worn, mismatched furniture, worn but clean sheets. Old carpets. Unsure if our auto would be ok in the lot. Breakfast served in the lobby area. Nice people, old worn property, but it is clean.

Decent, no-frills hotel. Rooms were clean, with comfortable beds. I didn't read that no elevators are available, so that will be a deal-breaker for a return visit. Breakfast was definitely a letdown, but there were options close by. The bathroom sink wasn't draining, but they had someone up to fix it in a reasonable amount of time. The shower curtain was visibly dirty and the previous guest left a soap bar in the shower. I still recommend it.

Bed was comfortable, however it was very noisy and it was very dated. Breakfast was poor. There’s no elevator in this three floors building. The hallway was dimly lit and unsavory characters sitting on the side of the building every night I was there

Check in was easy. Room was very clean. Beds were comfortable. Quiet. Staff went out of their way to help us. Very enjoyable stay. Would definitely recommend to anyone. Will definitely stay with them again

no really new what was going on, ask one get one ask another different, ask point blank how much to stay another day $100 ,my card get bill 175 so now I have a place to stay but can not buy food.

Good value. Good stay. Near restaurants and parks. I'd definitely stay again.

Before any travel, I transfer money to a separate account than my main bank account. Before I had arrived, they attempted to pre-authorize the transaction before the money was in. Upon arrival, I transferred the money in. I was ready to check-in. But I learned that my reservation had been cancelled because pre-authorization failed. HOWEVER, there was a sign on their front desk that they pre-authorize upon check-in. So, why did they pre-authorize before I had even tried to check in. I ended up having to get my room back at a higher rate than I had reserved as no other place in close proximity had vacancies (closest vacancy was 20 minutes away in the opposite direction of the event I was attending). Thankfully, a later manager went out of her way to try and fix the situation. Because of her, I would still recommend this location. I came back to this one because of my trip previously to this one where I had an excellent experience.

It was not full but seemed everyone was on same floor. Very noisy. The parking lot was not salted. Sheet of ice for 3 days. Not very safe
