Everything started with a very long and early drive. Not sure about our check in was going to be? The I had the great pleasure to meet you front desk staff member Justin!! What a job he preformed. Pleasant, helpful and courteous!! You have a gem of an employee and you should consider a rapid promotion path for this outstanding customer service agent!!

Dieses Hotel war für mich eines der Highlights meiner diesjährigen USA-Reise. Der Zustand des Hotels ist ausgezeichnet und das Zimmer zeichnete sich durch eine intelligente Raumaufteilung sowie zahlreiche Unterbringungsmöglichkeiten für meine Sachen aus. Das Zimmer war ruhig und sehr sauber. Alle relevanten Essens- und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sowie Sehenswürdigkeiten waren vom Hotel aus gut erreichbar. Das dem amerikanischen Standard entsprechende Frühstück war gut und auskömmlich. Ich habe zwei Tage in diesem Hotel verbracht und mich ausgesprochen wohlgefühlt. Hier würde ich jederzeit wieder buchen.

Great staff and the breakfast provided was enjoyable. It’s a new property but it was discerning to see dirty floors, windows and elevators. The pool area was not well kept either. It’s like surface cleaning is only done in certain areas. Pull out couch was more comfortable than the bed. But rooms are spacious and perfect for families! Not sure if we would stay again for the price paid.

Obviously new, spotless, well equipped rooms, great breakfast, absolutely perfect stay. We are retired and travel lots, this is one of the best hotels we've ever been to. The staff are fantastic, everyone we met was great

Beautiful property. Great breakfast options. Loved the unexpected pull out couch in our two queen room so my children each had a separate bed. Friendly and helpful staff. Kitchenette in room was handy and full stocked with dishes and utensils. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to others.

Beautiful, new clean property with very friendly and helpful staff. Would go there again. Only problem was, not enough sound insulation between floors -- we heard footsteps and loud bangs coming from the room above us, beginning at 6 in the morning and ending late at night.

Great place to stay. not your average hotel. fully equipped kitchen. Nice size room. firm but comfortable mattress. helpful staff. Good location close to the lake. I will be back.

A lot of dogs barking in the rooms. Not at all pleased that I came to a place and have to listen to other people’s dogs obviously unattended to in their rooms.

Newer property in the area. The hotel staff are very nice! Breakfast is an excellent plus. This hotel is super close to the main areas for Lake Havasu City. I would return to this hotel absolutely!
