We Really Appreciated Boy! What a fantastic employee. I doubt our 1st time experience would have been as good as it was if he hadn’t been there!! Our 7 person family went swimming, Boy did what he could and found us 3 clean towels for pool side, better than nothing. On the 3rd floor the vending sign is broke off, we went to the 1st floor for ice because we had no way of knowing there was an ice machine on the far end of the floor. All the doors in our room swing wrong and smash into each other, very annoying! You have to lay up against the wall to open the fridge and don’t let anyone walk in, the entrance door will slam into you and the open fridge door. The rooms aren’t cheap yet there was zero body wash in the dispenser in the shower. No back-up bar soap in the room either. Having knee replacement surgery it would have been nice to locate the vending mid floor. Like by the elevators. For me it felt like a mile away being all the way down the hall on the opposite end of the building. We rise early and Boy had everything rolling along just great!! Hot fresh coffee and a huge breakfast just waiting for us. Everything clean and tidy, tables-floors-hallways-bathrooms ect…I had seen Boy the night before just working away. He does it all, when he sleeps I have no idea. Hilton best not lose him!! Thanks Boy!!
