This is a beautiful resort ! The pool area and beach are lovely. The rooms are very basic and a little dated. Could definitely use an upgrade

The property staff at check in didn’t state there would be an additional hold for incidentals. The bed was like sleeping on a hard floor. The shower was so small that you can’t hardly turn around without the shower curtain sticking to you and there is absolutely no water pressure. At check out I was not aware I was going to be charged additional taxes with the resort fee. This property was not worth the amount of money paid for the stay.

Was never notified in advance the room type I reserved wasn’t available. They said I was upgraded which I can’t believe. The room is dark and in dire need of upgrades. One heater in the room didn’t work nor the phone. You have to text the front desk and they don’t reply back. Wouldn’t recommend it!

The room smelled badly. There was no hot water even after running the hot for about 10 min before giving up. Lastly, the beds were very old, uncomfortable and sunken in where people have slept. From the outside it looked great. But the room was terrible, we stayed one night not before going to the drug store to get an air freshener to mask the smell of the room. Disappointing after seeing the grounds on the outside. Being against the lake was cool. Wish it worked out as it looked promising :(

The view from the room was excellent. The whole staff was great. The room was a bit small with limited bathroom space. The air conditioning/heater unite fan was noisy.
