Nothing to say about property. They were as embarrassed as I was as they have not been notified by intermediary that I booked 2 rooms.
******* just need to make sure intermediaries are aware of room availability.
I paid ******* for a service I did not consume and there is no way to get refund. This not a good level of service from intermediary and from ******* who limit assistance to the minimum.
Insurance paid on top of it does not cover this type of event.
I hade to travail 400 km to be aware there was no available room.
This a very very bad experience and I recommend to book directly to the hotel without doing it through *******.
