Service excellent a l'arrivée et au départ. Chambre confortable et propre. Service trop long a la piscine et au restaurant et la qualité du restaurant a beaucoup baissé comparativement a l'époque du Chef Cedric Leleux. Ceci est malheureux quand je me rappelle que ce restaurant était avant une des meilleurs table de Kinshasa. Le Breakfast reste lui excellent.

Parfait. Un des meilleurs hôtel de Kinshasa.. Tout y est. La nourriture est correct même si le service laisse à désirer. Les chambres sont spacieuse et le personnel de la réception accomodant. Profitez de la piscine toujours nickel.

Sehr zu empfehlen! Freundliches Personal und sehr sauber.Das Frühstück ist reichlich. COVID-19 Maßnahmen sind eingehalten worden.Die Zimmer sind gut erhalten und täglich gepflegt.Mittags Buffet ist auch reichlich.wir waren sehr zufrieden 👍🏿👍🏾👍🏽👍🏼

Bar ultra sympa en mode déco aviation Sabena Mélange belge et anglais de canapes cuirs cosy. Atmosphère un peu désuète et hors du temps mais très agréable L'on se sent ici un peu hors du temps et au calme dans une ville plus que bruyante Parfait pour une pause détente et tranquille Accueil parfait Nespresso excellent avec le petit gâteau qui va bien What else ?

We’re aircrew and booked three rooms at the Memling with $26 food/beverage credit vouchers, but NEVER received them!
We couldn’t get our own individual roomkey and had a to ask everything the frontless to come and use the master key.
In the evening we made a takeaway order at the restaurant for the morning leaving at 5 am and we found out at 5 am that the chef even didn’t start to prepare our order. Nobody took responsibility and we even had to pay $220 for it with no apologies whatsoever.

I love Memling Hotel. The rooms smell wonderful, very clean and the restaurant is excellent. I highly encourage this place. The one down fall is the outside surroundings, but that is the case with every hotel in Kinshasa.

I spent a night at the Hotel Memling after another hotel canceled my reservation. The hotel staff was attentive and the rooms were clean, if dated and in need of a refresh. The breakfast buffet is excellent.
