愛荷華市中心凱悦嘉軒酒店(Hyatt Place Iowa City Downtown)

스태프들이 매우 친절했고 요청사항에 대해서 즉시 대응해줘서 매우 고마웠다. 위치는 다운타운 중심에 있어 편의시설이 많다. 객실은 매우 청결했다.

First time staying here. Downtown Iowa City can get a bit loud due to the bars; however, because it is a short walk away, you cannot hear anything. The room was spacious and clean with large containers of shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Breakfast was free and delicious with many portions. Parking is $12/day in their garage. Workout room is small as is indoor pool. Staff was friendly and helpful.

This new hotel in Iowa city is a welcome addition to downtown. It has modern styling and clean crisp wines with surprisingly comfortable decor. I had never been in a room before with automatic shades and that was fun. The check-in staff was very friendly and accommodating. if underground parking gets full, there is a parking ramp a block away, which is more convenient than it sounds It will do a great business during football weekends and so it should.

The staff was very friendly. The room was clean and the beds were very comfortable. The only issue was the door was difficult to get open due to issues of it sticking however the staff did inform me of the issue. Once again the staff was very friendly. I would highly recommend this hotel.

The room smelled musty when you checked in, but it was so late I didn’t want to wake my son to move to a different room. I realized in the morning when I walked across the carpet to the carpet was wet I was sick the whole next day.

Great long time, caring staff. From front desk to really nice breakfast helpers. Repeat customer for a reason! My only wish is that the bathroom counters were larger, but that is a design issue.

We only spent one nite for a concert in town. Hyatt was very convenient to the venue & restaurants/bars. Very happy with the room, breakfast and staff.

Great stay! Large rooms. Nice breakfast. Great location. The only downfall was the air conditioning blowing right at your face.
