I am a member of Hilton Honors, but I didn't have my member number with me. At every other Hilton property I've stayed, the staff was always able to look up my number by my email address or my phone number. Not this time. As a result, I didn't get Hilton Honors points for my stay. Also, he couldn't find the key cards to program our keys and was scrambling until he opened the right cabinet to find the key cards.

Loved the area - absolutely wonderful with the pedestrian mall area right outside. Room was nice, though there were a few things that could have been cleaned a little better (nothing gross). Parking is in a public garage, which isn't bad, but isn't the most convenient.

The room was excellent and the hotel itself was very nice. The only reason I don’t rate it much higher is the inconvenience of staff being available at the front desk. Every time we needed something There was a sign that said will be back soon and we would wait 10 minutes and nobody would come back. I even tried calling a couple of times and no one answered. I’ve never been to a hotel where there was no presence at the front desk for big gaps or periods of time. Otherwise, this was a great location and loved the room

Helpful staff, clean rooms, convenient location. We had one of the smallest rooms, with just one queen bed, which was perfect for us. The only drawback was that rather than facing the bed, the TV was along the side wall underneath a fairly noisy heating vent.

The location for game day was excellent. On day 1, we had no hot water in our room. When we went to the front desk to notify them and ask for coffee creamer, the desk staff was very nice and helpful, housekeeping was at the desk and was extremely rude. It was an inconvenience for her to do anything to help the guests.

The toilet ran. Had to open it up, and push the float up myself. The wall cover for the coax Jack was broken. Bathroom lights were mounted with visible screws, looks bad.

I loved that the room key also operated the door to the outside of the building after hours. The room key also worked access to different floors on the hotel which made me feel so much safer. I appreciated that the hotel was so close to everything. The room was beautiful - clean sheets, awesome bathroom, the view was amazing. I wish there would have been more of a disclosure that parking was in a public parking garage - where to park in the parking garage and that and parking fee from the parking garage was going to be taken care of by the hotel. I drove around looking for parking before calling the front desk twice for instructions.

Great hotel in a good location. Disappointed that i paid gor breakfast buffet and planned on ut this morning only to find they dont even have a restaurant. Big let down

The room was amazing. Like a full apartment. Nice, fully equipped kitchen, LARGE bedroom, living, dining area with full walls of glass overlooking the pedestrian walkway and huge bathroom, tub and shower. Definitely recommend, especially if you are planning a longer stay.
