西貢日本街附近的胡志明市酒店

We always choose Roseland Corp whenever we are visiting HCM City. This time we tried the sister hotel Roseland Sweet. It is Sweet as the brand. the front de3sk staff is super attentive and go above and beyond to ensure your expectation met. Definitely has to visit Moon Spa, I had the Moon massage with body scrub and its quite an experience. Definitely come back soon

After two nights in the Roseland Corp Hotel I just don’t know where to start describing this horrible experience as everything - the service, the rooms, the prices - was just so, so bad. So I just start at the beginning: We arrived on a Thursday. Arranging a pick-up from the airport was surprisingly complicated, it took several mails with the service manager for no reason but in the end there was a quite unfriendly driver waiting for us at the gate. They charged us 750.000 Dong which is way above the common taxi-rate (150.000 Dong). When we arrived at the hotel they charged my credit card for the room - twice. As the woman at the front desk didn’t understand English that well, it was quite complicated to convince her of her mistake and get the money back. The Roseland Corp hotel has an impressive entrance area. It’s nice, really. But unfortunately this doesn’t translate to the rooms. They are terrible, probably furnished in the 80s and not renewed since. They have whirlpool bathtubs made of plastic, lots of wood in the room, curtains that haven’t been washed for ages, and you can hear everything that is going on outside of your room. The first room we got smelled like cold cigarette smoke. I complained and they upgraded us to a bigger room (after we looked at a series of rooms, one of them still in use by a paying guest). But even the upgraded room was by far worse then everything we have seen in Vietnam. I wanted to cancel the whole reservation but they wouldn’t let us go. Instead they promised us the best room of the hotel the next day and we stayed. The first night was terrible. The bed had a very, very old and thus noisy spring mattress. The slightest movement made a noise. The walls and curtains had stains all over it. There’s no constant hot water, I had a cold shower in the morning. Shower and toilet happened to make weird unexpected noises. The best room in the hotel was basically the same as before but with a better view and a less noisy mattress. At this point I was ready to drink on that but unfortunately all the mini bar contained was two bottles of water. Breakfast was…well, let’s not talk about it. All of this would have been okay somehow if this hotel wasn’t so pricey. It’s like paying for a filet mignon and getting McDonalds Cheesburger. When we checked out the woman at the front desk (the same who messed up the payment) kindly asked us to sit and wait in the entrance area so she can check if everything is okay. We waited five, ten, fifteen minutes and nothing happened. When we asked her if everything was okay, she was surprised to see that we are still there. Yes, everything okay, she said. I can’t say the same. P.S.: Neil, the doorman, was the only exception to this experience. You are great, man! Please find a new employer.

酒店的地理位置不錯，晚上樓下大堂門外很有人氣，充分體現當地的小凳子文化，酒店離我們喜歡的兩家馬殺**都比較近很方便，附近吃的飯店也多，酒店的服務無論前台、餐廳還是房務員態度都非常好。酒店的早餐也是不錯的，它家的烤麵包、牛肉湯粉必須吃。唯一覺得不夠好的就是房間裏洗手間的燈光不夠亮，其他一切都好。

我訂的是豪華雙人房,我先是被領到高級(無窗)的房間,我訂的是豪華雙人房,我訂的是豪華雙人房,我訂的是豪華雙人房,我訂的是豪華雙人房,我訂的是豪華雙人房,我訂的是豪華雙人房,我訂的是豪華雙人房,我訂的是豪華雙人房,我訂的是豪華雙人房,我訂的是豪華雙人房,我訂於是,我告訴他們我應該在帶窗戶的Deluxe Double上預訂,然後我變成了一個沒有窗戶的小房間(與Superior一樣大)。訂的時候覺得豪華雙人間有大一點的窗戶,還有浴缸。我的房間和Superior一樣沒有浴缸,只有像照片一樣小的窗戶。預訂網站的Deluxe Double照片使用Premier Deluxe Double照片?還是被引導到錯誤的房間?嗯,前台有海外的,所以下次我預定同一個房間並確認。I reserved 1 Deluxe Double Room.But,at first the reception took me to a Superior Double Room(no-window).然後我告訴他我訂的是豪華雙人房,窗子是窗子,然後他把我帶到房間,就像我上傳的照片一樣。我以爲我住的這個房間和預定網站的照片不一樣,下次來的時候想看看。

Blue Diamond Signature Hotel 3* has shared the same address with Sky Gem Hotel Sora 4* in Google Map. The two hotels are now the same. Its does not look like the pictures shown in Google Map/Bookings. The hotel's good location is right opposite to the Thai Van Lung gate of Japanese corner. Its 8F pool area is under construction during May 2022. The corridors have not been air conditioned. Room numbers notice are attached by papers on the corner. Walking in the corridors feel like a maze. The garage is not in use. Decoration materials are there. If you have own vehicles, it is wise to park it in the nearby public pay parking lot. The lobby has a coffee shop. The restaurant provides simple breakfasts. The rooms with windows are DELUXE – Internal, Junior suite, VIP. It is suggested to book directly with the hotel. The Interiors are designed with many bamboos. The air conditioner in room takes a while to cool down the room. A ventilation well is behind the bamboo slide door. The bathtub is next to the bed. Toilet and shower room is behind the bed. The floor has no carpet. It is quiet during night. Soundproof is ok. In general, the hotel has a very good location.

總體而言非常滿意！ 酒店的位置非常好，在西貢歷史街區與現代化中心商務區交界的地方。和聖母大教堂、中央郵局衹隔了一個小街區，中間有條短短的book street連通。離西貢碼頭也不太遠（1公裏左右），從酒店旁邊的路一直朝西貢河的方向走就行。隔一個街區，一路有胡志明歌劇院、市政廳等歷史建築。 周邊餐飲也很多，酒店所在的商場裏有幾家餐廳。附近歷史街區裏有不少本地餐廳、酒吧、咖啡館。 房間總體是滿意的，從衛生間的設施看得出酒店有點舊了，但維護得很好。床和枕頭都很好用。 游泳池和健身房很棒，用的人還很少。 酒店的服務非常殷勤禮貌，甚至有點太多了，有時會感到被打擾到了。房間裏放了至少4瓶水，每天客房服務還會來問一次要不要加水。期間我也接到過一次電話訪問，需不需要什麼服務。 我同事的房間，每天都會有一個人去問迷你吧的零食需不需要增補、並且做一次點數…… 早餐很豐富。但不知道為什麼，早餐餐廳服務員的英語幾乎都有很重的口音，我和同事（長期使用英語的法國人）都有同感。

這裏的服務無可挑剔,Long是我的聯繫人,他確保我在酒店住得很開心,他非常周到,總是主動提供幫助,其他成員也很親切。如果你喜歡亞洲早餐,你會發現一個非常好的傳播(他們也做煎蛋卷,有很好的麪包部分)。我遇到的唯一的小問題是有時在我的房間裏有香菸的味道。

我在附近講課時在這裏住了兩個星期。乾淨。舒適的房間-物有所值。但是工作人員非常樂於助人和關心。有一天我感覺不舒服,早餐經理爲我變出了一個可愛的米粥。酒店在熱鬧的街道上,有各種餐廳選擇。我會回來的。

房間有重新裝修，比以前漂亮，洗手間洗漱台乾淨整潔，早點味道也不錯，每次來胡志明首選酒店，不過現在價格倒是漲了一些！
